Totally, 100%, a settlement alone is nothing more than one party agreeing to pay another party to shut up! The admission of guilt is in the evidence of statements from Fox lawyers, anchors, managers all admitting that Fox was pushing lies about the election. That evidence is how you win in court. This wasn't an out of court settlement between two private parties. This involved a jury, evidence, testimony. Fox lied, they admitted it it's just fact at this point.

TBF, anything left of Fox isn't going to give Sandmann much oxygen and while what I read about Sandmann is sad and unfair I'm more concerned with what damage Fox and the other election deniers have done to the nation as a whole. How much, if any of that can be repaired? One unfortunate part of the Dominion settlement is that Fox does not have to publicly apologize for supporting the election denial conspiracy theories they helped push and support. It also sounds like much of the evidence has been redacted. It's too bad most of the nation won't get to hear what Fox employees were saying behind closed doors. Fox did a really good job of covering themselves as best as they could.

Then you need to reflect on CNN telling all of America that Clinton was a sure thing winner of the election. Since you're so concerned about election deniers.

If CNN and their staff and any other entity for that matter made election fraud claims when Clinton lost like Fox did when Trump lost they should get sued and be held accountable just the same as Fox is right now.

They all get emboldened when they get away without penalty. CNN has been found to be about as greasy as it comes. It's not like Sandmann was as big as an election. But add up Sandmann, the attempt to convince everyone Clinton was our next president, Cuomo going after his brothers accusers to protect his stint as governor etc. It's not a matter of it being a single offense. (Sandmann). It's just a matter of how to make them accountable.

CNN quietly let Cuomo disappear as quietly as they could. Dismissing him was what got them out of the way of being held accountable for what were his actions using their resources to go after people. If he wouldn't have gotten busted, they would have promoted him to Don Lemon status. And they give Trump more coverage than they do Biden. All post election The list is long and has emboldened them.

Fox is no saint at all. The blonde anchor (sorry forgot her name)....cleaned their clock pretty good too.

But I suspect you will see some retaliation against the left leaning media now. Gotta keep the mud slinging balanced.

People forget way to quick these days.

And I will not be disappointed if Trump gets convicted of something. However he is pretty good at being greasy too

I think he was terrified, big black dude shows up late at night, wakes him up. At the same time, he probably thought back to an episode of Tucker where Tucker replays the looters and rioters during BLM protests and he hear's the words, "The black's people are coming for suburbia" and well what is the old dude supposed to think? I'd be scared to. Other problem is his first reaction shouldn't be shoot. The kid rang the door bell. It wasn't like he was knocking down the front door, yelling and screaming. If the kid was, then shoot first ask questions later would be the appropriate response.

They all have an agenda. Pick sides and fan the flames as much as you can. And stand back and watch. Once the people act on it, they can shed responsibility as the reason they do.

Do you think it's a good idea to put someone like Maxine Waters on TV telling people to go find anybody associated on Trump's staff, get in their face, harass, agitate them?

They were confronting cabinet members on airline flights. In restaurants. In movie theaters. All post election activities.
