I agree with just about all of your post but it seems your opinion and viewpoint is all about skin color, at least that's how I read it. I realize the media concentrates on sensationalism but our viewpoints don't need to.
Skin color in my mind makes no difference on who was wrong or right. But it makes a huge difference on whether or not charges were filed. I’d hope that if a crazy white man was threatening people someone no matter what color they are would intervene. I’m only saying that he was charged because he’s white and the one he choked out was black. NONE of the facts or witness statements mattered to the mob or to Bragg. He charged the guy to cool the mob. That’s all.

The guy has multiple witnesses like the one woman who made the statement. She made sure to tell him thank you. Just another liberal democrat appeasing a mob instead of saying what we all know. The guy brought it on himself. Had he murdered five people and ran away the city of nyc wouldnt care. None of the protestors would be been out either.

Remember what 2 short weeks ago it was a white man that shot a black kid for coming to the wrong address. We had that whole racial biasing thing happening from the first hour here. I predicted (sarcastically so) that it would be a racially motivated Trump supporter in a few days. Sure enough. It was even suggested I go watch the CNN interview to confirm it. Which I did. And brought up please listen to all of it and you will see not so much so.
Less than a week later a black man shoots at white kids for a basketball. Not one report of it being a skin color when it was presented.
I'm sure that makes us MAGA Republicans now.
We might have been born in a Tuesday. But it wasn't last Tuesday. If they can't make it about race, or LGBTQ or Jan 6 or Stormy Daniels, or Russia, then by gosh just call them a MAGA Republican.
That will show em by golly.
They don't really know what that is. But it's the new name they can use when the rest fail to work.

That scenario is exactly backwards. In my recollection it has been since the 70's. I'm sure it was even worse before then. Since it has been brought to the foreground publicly, certain situations raise emotions and anger in a sort of over correction, but it doesn't change the fact that for decades blacks and hispanics were treated noticeably worse than others by police and the judicial system. I saw it firsthand again and again in Los Angeles. Doesn't feel very good to be treated badly because of your skin color does it?

It pissed off the left because no matter how hard they pushed back on Trump, he pretty much gave them the middle finger and undid a lot of their policies largely on his own.
I don't agree with a lot of how he bullied his way through things. But he pretty much just acted like a Libtard. Beat them at their own game. He pissed them off by giving a voice to people that the Republicans didn't want in previous years. He realized by giving them a voice he could get elected. He forced the Republicans to accept having pond scum voting for them. He wasn't afraid to match the Libtards in pandering to pond scum.
I don't like a lot of him. But I do give him credit. He got elected his first time out. And despite all their efforts, he did amazingly well at highlighting the damaged logic that was our political system. He's not a good politician at all. You can't get far in Washington if you're not a good politician.

Numerous have said he needed to be restrained and they felt worried about their own safety. So after a week of protests the liberal DA Bragg bowed to the mob and charged the Good Samaritan. Those are exactly the symptoms he was exhibiting. So we have a white man who came to the defense of others and restrained a black man who was on synthetic psychoactive drugs. The man unfortunately passed away later. But HE brought it on himself. A decorated veteran who could have used a multitude of other methods much more violent used a choke hold. He did not punch him, beat him or anything else other than do his best to hold him till the train came to a stop and police could take over.
Flip the skin colors and tell me the reaction all around would have been and be the same. You can’t because it wouldn’t. There would not have been a single protest. Not one demand. No charges and just ‘move on’ if a black man choked out a white guy.
