Those problems all existed before the Health Care Act. If Obama's original plan had gone through, most of them would have been addressed. You mentioned Medicaid; I mentioned Medicare, specifically Medicare Advantage. Cox Health confirmed that the Advantage plans are what Obama had in mind for everyone, not just people qualified for Social Security. The larger an insurance group one is part of, the smaller the premiums. His second option could have been huge but he let conservatives up in arms change the plan to the over worded, watered down version we have. It's still better than it was.
You keep saying that the Health Care Act failed. It did not. Rising insurance premiums dropped to half the rate of increase after HCA. It was completely out of control until Obama put a stop to it. I'm sure for you it's tough pill to swallow that a Democratic president was able to accomplish what he did.
