We could debate that point... but... you are steadfast in your beliefs. Consider how many people throughout history have reinvented themselves and have shown the world they are not the person they think WE think they are, or were, or will become. The human brain, mind and body is a totally adaptable entity. The is why I posted up Richard Bandler ( NLP practitioner ) working with Micheal Strahan to rewire his brain to rid himself of his fear of snakes.I think we, or most of us, agree that transgender athletes should compete against others of their biological sex at birth. What Zerks’ inconsiderate meme implies is that transgender people feel any different on those two days than any other day. A transgender acquaintance of mine told me they can’t begin to figure out how to change how they feel, and trying to imagine if someone told me to feel like and be a woman, I can sympathize. It caused me to research it. Turns out there’s much more than plain X and Y chromosomes at work, and it’s been scientifically proven. It’s not common but definitely true; gender identity and sex are not one and the same. It’s not psychological, it’s physiological.
If people can't change the deep seated beliefs about who they are then how do stroke victims regain speech and the physically complex capabilities? The brain is constantly rewiring in certain areas in active people that choose to be creative. Once beliefs systems are broken down people can re invent who they are regardless of what beliefs they have at any given point in time.
You say its all scientifically proven... right? Well.... answer this... is everything known about how the brain, mind, and body work?
The people claiming transgender ability have something that is unsettled going on in their identity of who think and believe that they are.
So, I am considered inconsiderate again? Yes... my delicate sympathizer of un natural behavior... a certain segment of humanity will always choose victimhood over taking responsibility for who they are and what they do.
You need to live in the question of what is... not in the answer of what isn't fully understood yet.
