Just Run Over In A Parking Lot

Did you ever replace the tail piece? I have one withvery light scuff, lighter than the mark on yours, that might even rub out. You're welcome to it if it helps. I'm sorry to see that you had second incident. Beware of the "bad things come in threes" curse .

I buffed out mine, I really appreciate the offer though!

I think I've hit my 3 bases this week: lost job, dropped bike with new parts in first 10 minutes, and FedEx wasted half my day on Monday... details here if you care to know: https://www.hayabusa.org/forum/rand...-service-has-gotten-baaad-beware-vendors.html

That really sucks! Hopefully things will turn around quickly for you.

That sucks bro. I know here in Oklahoma, if you have an accident in a parking lot, its considered private property and you are on your own to fix it. Do what you can to get it fixed and do your best to get them to help. Did she hit your square? Damage from the exhaust to the front fender? Pics would help too. It may be an easy fix.

James I think you may be incorrect. We definately need Busa159 to chime in here but it's still my understanding that if an accident occurs anywhere in the state of Oklahoma and the damage is more than 300.00 then an officer must take a report. Without searching too much in Title 47 I found this...

§477201. Application of Article II.

shall apply to the driver and owner of any vehicle of a type subject to registration under the motor vehicle laws of this state which is in any manner involved in an accident upon the highways and elsewhere throughout the state, which accident has resulted in bodily injury to or death of any person or damage to the property of any one person in excess of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).
