I just watched the making of 300. All those 6-packs on those guys are the real deal. They trained their asses off almost every day for like 8 months or something. I need to go back to when i was 17 and racing BMX every weekend. I could of been one of those Spartan dudes.

Where did you see the making of the movie? I need to get it on DVD lol..

I still think that movie is going to go down as one of my personal favorites.. ALL Spartan's were tough. even the women!!

The documentary I watched on the history channel about the real event and the Spartans basically said EVERYONE was tough, if a guy could have his way with a woman, then he did, if the woman could defend herself and kick his arse, she did. And they did. I dont think Spartan women were easily taken advantage of
