MotoGP 2018

In my view Dovi overshot the corner on the brakes as I’ve seen him do many times before (fast enough to pass but not enough braking technique to make it stick) causing him to run wide, along with his (avoid rubbing fairings) racing attitude so he was out of the mix and not at all at fault in the crash. He should’ve passed Lorenzo long before this corner. Pedrosa was on the tight line and looking up and around as he should when Lorenzo tried squaring off the corner so Dovi wouldn’t have a chance but not remembering that Pedrosa was (right there). Pedrosa was leaning over so much to avoid Lorenzo suddenly showing up on his line that he was on his side when he slid into him causing Lorenzo to take out Dovi. It’s hard to believe that Pedrosa didn’t leave the track in an ambulance. High sides are nasty! Once again though, there were three brands on the podium which shows competition is high among the manufacturers. No one brand is killing it and that’s good for racing.
 
Dovi said afterwards that Jorge doesnt have group info on his pitboard and maybe he should so he knows how many people are around him.Maybe he would've known Dani or someone was there.
 
The chips continue to fall in the rider market ahead of this weekends round at LeMans. Rins has signed for two more years at Suzuki, as has Aleix Espargaro with Aprilia. Hearing that Jonas Folger now wants to come back, not sure where he would go, as his seat is now filled at tech3. Also heard that petrucci has an offer at Aprilia, but is holding his breath for a Ducati. If and when Lorenzo makes his future known a lot of moves will surely follow. Petrux, Miller, Iannone all will be looking to jump in if he leaves.
 
Yep nice going for Zarco :bowdown: , it was real close with Marquez tho :thumbsup:

Be an interesting stat after the weekend on how many crashes theres been across the classes :eek:
 
It was a bit messed up out here also,almost didn't record it as it was listed as "qualification" again.Thought everyone had already viewed it bro so hope we didn't muck it up too much for you.:banghead:

Yeah I just realized that the 4 hours of "practice" my DVR recorded was actually all three races! They need to get their poop together.
