+ 1all i have to say to exotic is " free upgrade" for the remaining 9 folx. Upgrade to anything but i think they should make it right.
I received my tail promptly and was the first to report on the flicker problem. My lights wouldn't even stay on. I think I would have been happy if they just flickered. Now I'm in the process of waiting for UPS to pick up the entire tail and get a new one shipped to me. Plus, my rear is chopped up now so no ridey. I'm almost at the point of duct taping the stock stuff back on just so I can ride.I'm happy for all of you who have received your item and hope that you don't have to many "flicker" problems in the future.
i apoligize.. i may have caused some of the "rush".. hurry up feel... my first group buy too.Ok folks, I just spoke to a guy by the name of Partick at motorcycle toy store about the gunmetal grey mototeck undertail. He looked and didn't see any information in his catalogue about that color sooooo he took my number then called Mototeck directly. Patrick called me back in about 3 mins. with the following information.
"Mototeck has the gunmetal grey undertail on back order until March 13th."
My question is, why couldn't I get this kind of response from Exotic for the past week? Because they have my money and want to keep it thats why!!!!!!!! So now, Exotic won't get the undertail until the middle of next week which probably means I won't get it till week after next.
I'm happy for all of you who have received your item and hope that you don't have to many "flicker" problems in the future.
This has not been the best experience for me especially since it is my first group buy.
What's also irritating is how we RUSHED!!!!! to send them our money like there wasn't ever going to be any more undertails of any kind made again in life.

We know it's your first group buy but you don't have to appologize for all of the problems.
Truth be told..........you seem pretty cool, i'd do another group buy with you because I know you'll stay on top of things IF there is a problem.
