Now to me this is the way it should be Cut spliced and soldered then shrink rapped no room for error there is not enough room back there once it is together to play with shorts so eliminate them to start ..

now add plugs and they are plug and play for easy removal if you have too..

Mine was caused by bad connections in the black plastic tail light housings. They are sealed and not serviceable. I did exactly as Busa Samurai did. My tail lights/brake lights would go out and not come back on. Sometimes left - sometimes right - sometimes both. Not really a flicker just bad led connections. Hopefully the replacement will be alright.

so after reading the flikker problem i went out and jiggled the wires and guess what.  my lighst also flikker when jiggling the wire loom coming out of the tail light

I had the same issue, Mototeck says they are sending me a new light.....again I question the actual value of these things.

I ordered new lights from rumble sports cause I didnt like stock light anyways..They have cool lights there so i went carbon fiber front and back

i bet those will look sweeet

now i just have to wait on my new lights from rumble to come in...

My loose connection was also inside the light housing itself. As I told Mototeck, if I could get inside the light housing, i could fix it myself.

believe me... you dont want in on this... there are a better people to buy from than this vendor... we ordered our undertails the 21st of Feb and still have nothing to show for it except for a credit card charge. No communication from the vendor and no idea when we will get our undertails... at least that goes for about 8 of us i believe...

Wow, I only read the first three or four pages of this thread. I hate to ask, but what happened? Everything seemed to be going fine in the beginning.

long story short, seems the vendor ran out of tails... mostly the black ones and never bothered to tell us so we have all been waiting around for them to show up... some people have also gotten there tails in and have had problems with the lights flickering but that seems to be an isolated issue thank goodness.
