I'll have to agree with the fact that the Yosh does sound better. Although the best sounding Yosh's I've ever heard were on a Honda RC-51. Dayum that thing sounded like a harley on steriods. I've actually never heard any on a busa but I'm sure that no matter what it will still sound sick as hell.

I'm thinking of going the muzzy full system route. The shop manager at my local deal said you have to by-pass the oil cooler with the full muzzy. He showed me a custom tricked busa eith 300 tire and muzzy set-up with the oil cooler bypassed. I think it was a sidewinder though. No can. Does any one know if you hae to by-pass the oil cooler? Thanks biggrin.gif

did not bypass mine you might have to bend just a little but shouldnt have to bypass

Been lookin' at the Yosh system, only because Suzuki's factory AMA team runs Yosh, while Muzzy's always been associated with Kawasaki. Dumb, I know, but "Win on Sunday, Sell on Monday."

Man! this might have been a good place to add the Akrapovics to the poll, How does it stack up to the big 2?

BOught the Muzzy system myself and its only because I have owned Muzzy before. I played the same guessing game and looked hard at Yosh but my love for looks and sounds of the Muzzy won me over.

I'm thinking about this myself.. I do have a question for the board.

I heard that changing to a 4-1 exhaust without a powercommander would effect performance... The motor would run too lean.

Anybody have any thoughts on that?

Thanks..
I did a pair valve block off and a full yosh rs3 4-2-1 and with the dyno jet map from their site was told it was a hair rich on mt initial dyno run.

I have the HMF duels, my friend has the muzzy. he actually went with muzzy because he just thought the HMFs were just too loud. We both have the same mods only the pipes are different he pulled 165rwhp i pulled 174rwhp same dyno both bikes back to back. only difference was the pipes. Although the guy that tuned both our busas said "You just got lucky and got a monster engine from Suzuki, never seen a busa pull that without having engine work done...Don't ever sell it" but Enough about that. he has the titaniun Muzzy, nice sound, and he likes it. Also muzzy fit like a glove, talk about an easy install!

rtvegas: You will feel a big difference even without a PCIII. You will just get a bigger pop with the PCIII

My toy with the HMFs

What are you going out of mind? hmmm...J/K  biggrin.gif
hey, zuki works with yoshi for a long time...personally, I researched for a quite some time before, I jumped on yoshi, try to make sure, nothing better out there, or newer stuff...but, I come down to same ol yoshi...(in fact, try to go for double tip, but thats high mount and I gotta give up my rear peg, so, I went for single tip..) I know, their sounds little less when you are standing still...but when you wake em up? in the HWY? I get eveyones compleament at the stop...nuff said...(you will like it...) take a look

I cant say much cuz Im new here and have only had my bike for 3 weeks but I have a full TwoBrothers carbon fiber system with the PCIII and this thing sounds real throaty. I just had it remapped and it runs like a dream. Whats the deal on the TwoBros pipes? No one seems to talk about them.

Never listen to a guy that has Micheal Jackson in thier avitar.

I just ordered a full muzzy system. It was recommended by someone who knows 'busas way better than me. Plus, Muzzy concentrates on drag racing which is what all my upgrades are for. SO I figured he knows what he's doing.
