letting her air out a little bit doing some additional testing a little closer to redline, air fuel looking pretty good with the tune from just motor/m4 pipe so far.

Trying out E85 and my flexfuel speedo gauge for the first time, have to admit i was a little nervous being 12 miles from home putting different fuel in LOL
1 psi at 2900 rpm with a 3-4 psi spring, she likes to partly early
Turned the boost up a smidgen to 8 psi, forgot that is where I had the boostcut set to and hit it, always scares you when you smack the boost limit and engine kills itself back to an idle and check engine light comes on lol

Rolling antilag fun last night
4900 rpm 55 mph, hold the antilag button, go WOT, make 5 psi of boost. Still at 4900 rpm and 65 mph, let go of the button and enjoy the party

Did the bike get traction when you let the button go?
Yessir I was in third gear, 2-3 percent wheel slip is all that I saw

How do you get percentage of wheel slip? Are you doing one of your fancy ECU things to calculate it?

How hard does it pull? Is it much stronger than a stock 'Busa off the line?
It's one of 130 or so channels I'm logging and it's used for traction control
Up to 10 psi last night tinkering with throttle blip settings, intake air temp stays at 88 degrees, final of 114 at the top of 4th
I didn't have 10 psi target until 4th gear
This turbo starts making boost below 3000 rpm though

I'm looking at getting a similar setup for a responsive 300 - 350hp .
Going to get a kit from Scott using MAXX ECU but wanted to use a G25 550 ,smallest it comes with external gate though is .72 a/r .(wanted .64)
Your turbo is similar in power/size so watching to see the results .. May have to use a XONA .

Yeah it's responsive as hell lol, i went with the smallest AR, .52.
This is what i bought, its an expensive turbo

Garrett's aren't any cheaper at around 2300us lol

If you're looking at 200-350hp range, the garrett gbc22-350 looks very promising. It's the one I'm looking at getting for the turbo upgrade project I'm doing on a zrx1200 where 250rwhp = satisfaction.

I also looked at the g25-550 but the math for my bike says for 300-350hp, that turbo is just starting full boost when it hits 300hp.

Not understanding your first question
Since each rail only has an inlet, and you're running a return style setup, how does the fuel make it back to the tank? Do you have to use one of these: https://store.schnitzracing.com/rcc-billet-fuel-rail-suzuki-hayabusa-08-20/
