My new airbrush job...

im wondering as well-

that airbrushing looks absolutely A MA ZING.
what did that run you $$?? im so interested.

Well the guy who owns the shop does all kinds of work. He painted my mustang years back so I know him. As far as price... He told me he would have charged 4k, but he has a soft spot for Fireman deploying to Iraq , and charged me 2500. He has done CRAZY jobs for busas in Jacksonville, and charged up to 8k (this is very mild compared). This took him two weeks, so 2500 to me was a good deal, hook up or not. I wanted something that was stood out so for the money it was a 240 kit or this... This might stand out a little more....:beerchug:

Good call :) I'd much rather have a cool paint job than a big tire that screw up the handling..

And it looks sharp, can't wait to see the pics when it's back together.

that's gonna look great in person and $2500.00 is a good price for the work that he's doing to that. if you don't paint you don't understand the effort all that takes, masking backmasking intercoats of clear to protect the initial work and then reprep and more masking some freehand more backmasking. and that's the easy part lest we forget the steady hand and ability to add depth and contrast as well as just plain creativity :thumbsup::thumbsup: :cheerleader: :cheerleader: :cheerleader:this is gonna look awesome man congrats.

I have a great imagination for stuff like this......it's going to look bad-@ss Brother....just plain NASTY !!!! :super:

Don't forget to lay 3M clear tape on the front fairing, lower leading edges, and the front fender. Heat it with a blow dryer, and roll out the bubbles........gonna be absolutely awesome..... :oldcool:

I wish this was me...... This is a guy who owns a shop in Jacksonville who did this, and I agree with you. We sat down and he asked what I was looking for and I told him skulls and tribals with some of the same '06 LE colors, He said he has a picture in his mind, and came up with this.

What was the total price, if you don't mind me asking. I have family in Jacks and would love to see what kind of pricing there is for the paint job. I am thoroughly impressed. Nice job.
