My Very Slow Build

HI. I am working with Frank to go through him to RCC. DME is building my Inconel header I would like to use a Garrett G 42-1200c turbo I do not think anyone has used then on a bike yet. Eric at DAS is going to do the tune and he will short neck the bike and we will also be moving the swingarm pivot up 12mm. The rest I will put together. Rick Stetson is putting the motor together, it is the first time someone put a motor together for me. I just to not know enough about a busa motor yet, I will help and learn. Ok in a funny car back in the 80s I went 6.07 sec at 221 in the 1/4 in my F 5000 lola I went 232 on the back strigh at Daytona on my ZX 1100 with 1300 kit and NOS 208. My goal at Loring is 278.6 MPH Bill Werner old record, but on a street legal bike.
Did you ever see Bills old street bike? What kind of aero package are you planning?

Impressive history of speed builds right there bro , reckon you are qualified to ride that street monster you are building , no question .

Hi. The turbo will be on the was as soon as I clear up some new mods to the header with DME. The frame will need some more mods as I will be using a 3 inch charge pipe through the left side ram air port, also the ultra billet plenum every nut and bolt and part are off of this bike. I now have a very big pile of parts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Hi. Hit the wrong button. the air assist gives 3 lbs of extra lock up for every 1 lbs you put to it. 100lbs air 300 lbs lock up. You can also set it up to ride on the street too.
Really just want to ride it back from the pits. I dont have a reilable source to help push me. NOTE. I read description again and now remember it says you can ride back from run. I'm going to mancup September. Buying gen 2 from eric, going to get the "racers price" if you buy at the race. Been wanting this for years

Yes. I would like to go see you try for the record. I was trying to add up the value of the Honda, dodge, harley and possibly your lawn mower. To see if we couldn't get this done so we could make history this spring. What you think???

Hi Well the turbo is ordered from Frank at Powerhoue and the air to water intercooler. The header is ordered from DME and they will put together the Turbine side and RCC will put together the Compressor side, AI Coatings in Huston Texas will do the coatings and DAS will modify the frame for the 3 inch charge pipe. All of the best working together.

Hi. I have not got my computer running yet. Started another new job. I got the Garrett G42-1200c I can't believe how much it weighs, the shipping weight was 46lbs. I will see everyone soon, as soon as my computer is running again.
