Gen 3 Close up

I am considering the supercharger kit for my Gen 3 Busa but I am waiting to see a dyno sheet and real life opinions on this as I will use the bike just on the road, as a normal bike.

Can the kit be installed by any mechanic?

If the engine blows, how much will cost the repair?

Can the Woolich map be done remotely?

Is there the possibility to have 3 different power maps? I would prefer to have a power map close to the stock motorcycle.

How much are the export taxes to UE?

UPDATE ON GEN 3 TTS CCW SUPERCHARGER KIT.
Sorry for keeping you gen 3 guys waiting. I have been working on an even better intercooler than the one on the GEN2 and have had to wait for cores to be delivered. They are now here. The core is 20% wider than the gen 2 as there is more room under the tank and also its easier to vent the hot air as you can cut nice ducts into the front tank cover. Unfortunately i started testing with a Voodoo street pipe and it is way to restrictive. It has hexagonal mesh in the exit of the can. If you work out the cross sectional area it allows through about 35% exhaust gas that a Yoshi or Akropovic full 4/2/1 will do. This was devastating the power output at the top end. We still made 260 whp at 8000 rpm but then it nosed over big time. Anyway I've ordered a full Penta system from Brock performance. This should come before the weeks out and we can test again. I will get pictures and video out as soon as I can. But if i'm not up and running by Friday it will have to wait till I come back from a weeks holiday.

That's a massive cooling efficiency upgrade vs Gen 2. Can it be used for the Gen 2 as well?
the gen 2 is as big as possible. It works well, we have real world tested it with temp sensors and it does a good job. the gen 3 doesn't have a fuel tank over the top, just a single skin cover, we do have to modify the plastic support brace under the cover to get it in.

Gen 3 Dyno testing is giving some interesting results compared to the gen 2. We are massively up on midrange torque but losing out on top end power 320 whp compared to 360whp on pump gas. I've pulled the motor and checked the exhaust cam profile and its up on lift 0.6mm but down about 18 degrees on duration compared to gen 2. My feeling is that the valve overlap period has been drastically reduced for emissions and the motor cannot breathe at the top end. I have a few performance cams in stock so I'm going to check out some figures and put something else in. So watch this space.
