New TTS Left side supercharger conversion for Gen 1, 2 and 3.

You' re selling 40 of these bikes right? Most people wont push these bikes that hard on the street but STILL. The McExpress FRONT mounted AIR/AIR intercoolers blocked the whole damn radiator almost and was RIGHT in the path of the incoming air and was functional up to a certain point and HP level. with THAT setup, its was a HUGE exchanger right up front with no obstructions whatsoever though. This 370 hp u got out of the blower setup... was that on pump gas?
Yes 98 Ron

Just a heads up to all those waiting for our CCW left side supercharger conversion. K & N have stopped producing the RU2570 air filter we were using. I got the last 3 possibly in the world and fitted to our test bikes etc. I only found this out after calling K & N directly when my shock holder couldn't give me a delivery date. I now have an alternative that is being made for TTS and I have 50 coming later this week. Then we can ship 15 kits out. The worlds gone made, we have never had such issues with materials and parts supply. But we're getting over it.

doesnt seem like he wants anyone else testing it
Which I can understand, but I wouldn't mind knowing what it would cost to purchase the intercooler and what needs to be done to modify the tank on a Gen 1. With a fully forged bottom end, I can turn the boost up on my turbo no problem with a boost controller, but would rather do an intercooler over meth injection to keep the IAT's down, particularly since I still street ride my Busa.

My thoughts exactly. Waiting on the TSS order rush to tame down and HTP to call back so I can ship them my engine for rods, pistons and cam swap before committing to the supercharger. Intercooler for street use is a must. Like you I'm personally 100% street use.

my point was... maybe he could provide real word data on that undertank air/air intercooler under 1 mile/ and 1.5 mile pulls like RCC did during the R and D process....would be nice to know that it cools like its supposed to under harsh circumstances.
We did this with the gen 2 and that ic performed well The Gen 3 is 30% bigger so we are hoping for even better results. On the street we don't have the chance to gun it to the max but we are an airfield next Wednesday and weather permitting we should get some great footage and test results. |We have a Dragy so should get some accurate figures.

I've been to Santa Pod drag strip twice (our only full time 1/4 mile strip). Remember the Superbusa isn't stretched or slammed or geared down and is using the Bridgestones that it came with from Suzuki. 1st time I got 4 runs in the whole day. 4 runs is not a lot of time to get the best settings for the Lift function, Launch control and traction control. I did a best of1.84 60', 9.90/155. My best speed was from a previous run of 158 and my best 60' was a previous run of 1.72. The last run was with TC and LC at 2 and LF at 3. this kept the front wheel no more than 6-8 inch off the track. Last Saturday went back with some lead bolted to my front wheel spindle. first run was a 9.47/160 my 4th run was a 9.38/163.6. but my 60' was only 1.74. This was with no Launch control or TC and LF on 2. my 5th and 6 runs in the dark saw the back wheel spinning up as the dew settled on the track. Please bear in mind that this is not a dragbike and wasn't geared down, I was going through at 163 in 4th gear and the track wasn't prep'd. I'm starting to understand the bike now but only 9-10 laps isn't going to give the full potential of the bike. I have potentially one more chance this Sunday if the weather is kind to us. We have a Youtube video coming out in the next few days, you can see the fun I had :)

Hi @powerfulone , thanks for your contribution to the community!! I’m glad you’re having fun with it.

As you stated the bike is not a drag bike. I’m interested in seeing the roll race times recorded by a gps like dragy. 60-130 mph and 100-150 mph because they can be compared by anyone with a dragy and in your case are both captured with a 1/4 mile run.

Do you have a dragy or know your times for those two roll race metrics?

My 2022 busa ran 60-130mph in 5.5 seconds (9.90 @ 143 mph) and my friends 2019 zx10r did it in 4.29 seconds. We are in Colorado with an average density altitude of 7,000+ ft. I’m guessing your numbers for this will be very strong!

Either way, keep up the good work!
