nitrous kit availability

Frank, chill dude, Turbo Rick and I were out and about in Vegas watching Las vegas Extremes perform and having Ricks busa dynoed. We did not get a chance to jump on line to check out the site.................

TurboRick:<<< If you buy a system you will find out.>>>

"Very" Informative!

Don't forget, I'm not the only one that reads your replies. You wade your way through looking info & ideals when your doing research, how would you feel if the motorcycle community treated you like that? You know what? What goes around comes around.

I have spoken with a few people that gave you silent help/info to get you going in the right direction and I know for a fact that none of them showed you any disrespect. And from what I was told, they didn't do it for you; they did it to help the sport and they weren't ready to pull thier resorces together at that time. So it was, help you needed & help they gave you. But Dude, stepping on toes during the process or after is not cool!

There a large number of pepole that look through these topics everyday. One thing your failing to realise, your answers aren't there just for Me....But they are there for everbody to look at!
So A descent responce may help someone reach thier goals as the ones you recieved when you were looking for yours...

Anyway, What information you did give, was VERY "APPRECIATED"!!!

Thanks again, Frank

Frank, the reason I believe you got the answer you did was your rude post to Rick as if he did not have the answers. I can assure you he does. I normally do not get involved in these matters but Rick and I spents hours discussing motorcycles this week end and I can tell you Rick has it together. Perhaps you need to change your approach............you seem to dig yourself in deeper with each post. If you notice Rick does not Post very much on this board, but I know for a fact that he reads the posts as much as he can so I would pay attention to whatever he says..........when he does post something.

There were two people that were willing to share helpful info one of them being Brock Davidson, Thank you Brock.
Nitrous Express was nice enough to give me a Nitrous kit to start from. From there on I was on my own to find out about the many problems the busa has with Nitrous I have spent about 200 Hours of my time over 2000 dollars out of my own pocket and risked mine and my bikes life for what...... the busa owners. I am not selling anything and will not get paid or reimbursed for anything I have done, Then I get a person like yourself giving me a hard time.

The only toes I am stomping on are yours

TurboRick: Are you avoiding answering the questions ABOVE????????

You have posted replies all over this site the last couple of days.....

Have you no answers for those QUESTIONS?

yeah, ive heard that one or two people have lost their lives trying to nos a fuel injected bike.............Turbo Rick you have big balls!!! We appreciate your effort and risk..........

Rick, It's this simple- You asked some questions you didn't want to answer. You posted topics and replies for two days after the questions by Me were asked. Thats why I felt you were avoiding the questions. Why did you decide not to respond to them? I don't know? Maybe you didn't want to have to answer to the replies other people would give you after you responded to mine? Maybe your knowledge on what your doing is not were you want it to be before you answer questions about it like that? All n' All, You could have been a little more civil with your responce.

This has Nothing to do with anyone other then Rick & Frank. You know just as well as I do that Brock Davidson Does Not want to be a part of this! And why would you look for other peoples credit when your in a argument with Me? Whats up with that?.......

To Me, it's like your trying to make a dividing line between You and Myself.

Rick, know this....I respect your involvement with the Hayabusa! And I don't want anyone thinking that I'm trying to discredit you for the things you have done.
But when you "Spit", I'll "Spit" back. Thats just part of My personality.

As far as those e-mails you say you have, You can easily forward them to Me! I really don't think they say it the way you explained it. But you know what? I can't be at the top of everybodies list, nor do I plan to be. Like Me, or don't like Me, it's a choice that everybody has!
Your not the first person that has lashed out at Me and I'm sure you wont be the last.

Vegasdude: there is no need, it doesn't matter...

You don't have to talk for Rick or explain what you & him were doing. That was not My point.
I asked him a respectable question and seen where he was active on the Org for two days after that so I felt the way I did and commented the way I did.

And Rick, this entire situation is not very mature and it stops here for Me!

I'll be more than willing to discuss any thing else through e-mail or over the phone.

No Beef from Me, it's done!

Frank

Rick,
You are welcome.

I believe my most valuable contribution to your program was helping you realize that it
was very important to be extremely careful! I did not wish to see anyone else experience
the type of violent explosions that I went through with my EFI 750, especially at the
speeds you travel at.

I was lucky, my worst was at about 40 mph. Looking at the positive side..... the fall from that speed didn't hurt very much because the concussion of the blast knocked me unconscious!

I can't remember if we spoke after I ran the 750 at Gainesville. I have recently discovered a valuable weapon against the vicious results of a backfire.

FYI my most violent explosion was with Carbs. It was due to a mechanical failure in the valve train.

I will be in Vegas this week, give me a call maybe we can hook up.
Brock

You get big balls from jumping behind ricks chain link fence!!!!! I kinda miss tom rick!!!I will call you
sebastian

Frank
By the amount of E-mails I have received on this subject I see most people see you as a joke. I'm glad there are other people that see through your front.

Thank you everyone for the support

Frank; just remember there are no stupid questions .
only stupid answers.

you are only hurting yourself if you don't find out what you want to know/learn.

Johnnycheese.

ive been away a couple days myself . i appreciate the responses .
rick , any idea what the cost of the nitrous express kit might be , and what kind of hp increase should be expected ? just a ballpark will suffice , thanks !

Thanks Turbo Rick, I recall reading a prior post that mentioned something like this, it was probably yours and that's what made me think of asking. It seems like the best solutions to most of these problems are to refrain from over complicating things, the RPM switch is simple (hindsight is always 20/20), but nobody thought of it until you. This nitrous "problem" has existed for sometime now, so your simple but elegant solution DOES border on genius. Hayabusa owners planning on using nitrous should thank you.

Another way around this would be to wire the fuel pump to a relay controlled by the ignition switch, then if a "rev limiter" of sorts was still desired you could use the old power wire to the fuel pumps to control relay(s) to the solenoids. That way the engine would still see "normal" fuel at the old RPM limit, but the added fuel and nitrous from the solenoids would shut off, making it easier to control excessive RPM. I'm sure that I'm missing something here, so fire away if you know what it is...Tom G.

GSXRTURBO1
The ECU does not shut off the fuel pump that would be to easy to fix. The ECU just stops opening the fuel injectors, much harder to fix. For now we have to use a RPM window switch for that problem.
