I did read that many of the people who took part in the Jan 6 attack on the White House were associated with some sort of subversive group....

First your original article linked from msn, an org that is about as left leaning as can be mentioned ‘members in the dozens’. I gave you the high guess on that as 13 dozen. That would make it 156 out of 21 million. Basically an incalculable percentage.
On your last article from the ADL. While they do usually explain things better they are and always have been a Democratic supporting org that seems to find fault in just about anything related to conservatives. 98-99% of what’s in that article I would agree with and do not support or believe in most of what the groups mentioned in it believe or stand for.
I will however without question or waver say I have no problem saying ‘America First’. I am an American. My country should come first before any other. There is absolutely nothing wrong with saying that at all.
I will point out that the ADL article you posted still only mentions a few here or there and a dozen there or here while toward the bottom it mentions black groups that are decades old and nationwide with members in the thousands. Seems like we should be more worried about black extremists than white ones no?
But this is the ADL’s stance on the BLM. They sympathize with them and I cant find a single article from the ADL condemning what we all saw with our own eyes done by that group over the last few years?

Not to mention leaders of it have recently been found to have embezzled millions of dollars in donations for their own personal gain.
Can you find or post a single link from the ADL that refers to the BLM in same light as the ‘White Lives Matter’ group who by the article is miniscule in numbers?

The criminal syndicate that is Big Pharma is doing harm every day through various ways and means. A new drug appears every week and the ads on TV to sell it are run until people succumb to the advertisers persistence of repeating ads. Advertisers have figured out how much ad running produces x amount of gross sales. Big Pharma is programming people through repetitive ads. Some doctors says it criminal activity.
When you find an army of loyalist surrounding a drug king pin what's wrong with standing back and dropping some bombs on them?

You don't have to jam the airwaves to find the criminal element... just let them talk and take notes... they will divulge their location by triangulating signal strength for locations.

I can only speak from experience, it's not as easy to find these people and take them out as you seem to think it is.
Cartel (and Bin Laden in his day) have several safe houses and are constantly on the move..not to mention they can blend into the populace...if you were to use conventional (or smart bomb tech) bomb systems, you might have to take out an entire block only to find you did get them at all....this happened quite a few times when hunting Bin Laden...Their on ground intel is pretty good, and it's a real challenge to "sneak" up on them.....don't bother to ask me how I know this. They have eyes and ears everywhere and as soon as there is something amiss, they disappear. I'm not saying they can't be caught, but it's a real chore to do so.
Like I mentioned, many of these cartels are using military grade communications which scramble their signals...triangulation worked in the past, not anymore. They have been at this a long time and have learned quite a few tricks over the years....
If we are to speak of "jungle bunnies" over-estimating your military capability has been the down fall of many countries including the US....in recent conflicts (Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, etc) There were extensive capabilities in country from drones to spec op teams to many regular forces combing the countryside yet enemy insurgent leaders (and insurgents) escaped all the time....and in many of these areas it was seemingly open terrain, yet it wasn't.
These cartel operate in a country where they blend in, speak the language and have paid off everyone they need to in order to solidify their position-pretty hard to beat them.

Who besides the cartels would find it necessary to scramble their communications? The US Military takes notes... We have scrambled communications coming from these 2, 3, 4, 5 ,6 or whatever locations. Hmmm... who do you think is transmitting those scrambled communications? Is it the farmer taking his crop to market in the morning? Is it the businessman telling his wife what he is bringing home for supper? Scrambling communications has one purpose... to be secretive.... my guess is being secretive is often times tied to illegal activity in the 3rd world places. We do place a high priority on personal and private communications and security in the real estate business to protect clients... but, we are not scrambling our communications in the gung ho state of California where rules / mandates keep coming at the rate of a firehose at a 5 alarm fire. Example... 86 changes in the RPA ( residential purchase agreement ) in one time period of less than 2 years. The RPA reads like 50% of mostly boiler plate legal mumbo jumbo.
One of the more interesting aspects of personal identification I have learned about recently has little to do with facial recognition... now they can measure the movements of how you walk.... everyone has a personal gait that can be measured and filed away for future reference when looking for a certain individual... hmmmm... it just never ends, does it?
The cartels are richer than one can imagine. They have capabilities that we can’t imagine. It’s how they rake in billions..

While that is true... as we saw with the well engineered 7000 ft plus tunnel El Chapo ordered for his escape from the Federal Mexican prison he was staying at. . The cartels are now believed to have built semi submarines that can cross the Atlantic Ocean with a load of drugs and meet up with a boat just offshore of Spain, Portugal or France... and doing all of it in with a semi submercible unmanned vessel. They can also track it in real time to watch over it during the trip. They can probably program its path to avoid perceived threats too.

If we are talking about Mexico, their military and police force would scramble their communications. When they use this system, it makes it impossible to coordinate where the signal is coming from which negates the use of signal trackers.
I've used this tech on each and every mission I deployed on....even if the enemy had signal tracking tech, they wouldn't be able to find me when I was transmitting.
Most modern militaries use several forms of communication systems...whenever it is operational, secure communications are used....they don't always use secure on a day to day basis because "crypto" has to be downloaded-this crypto is a secure pass system for each separate mission which allows radios to maintain several secure data streams (audio and text).
In order to track cartels and their leaders, a team would have to know where they are at a particular time. A covert team might be able to get into location and set up such tech however, there are eyes and ears all over the place which report to the cartel...any strange or unusual people/movement is immediately reported.
