Im looking for a rear stand for my 08 busa.
Does anyone know of a good website or a good rear stand for my busa?
Whats the difference between spooled stand and regular?

Pit Bulls are the most popular up here in Washington. If you get a pitbull, be sure to get the convertable model. You can switch the lifting hooks around from lifting by the swingarm sliders to lifting on the subframe. Cool stuff.

Whats safer and easier, the rear handle stand or the forward handle stand. I live alone and dont have anyone to help me.
God forbid if i ever drop my new 08 busa trying to lift it on a stand.

The one man stand that you posted looks pretty good..... I have the rear and its kinda scary some times lifting and dropping it alone. I might be purchasing a new stand this week.

yea well "Pitbull" does not provide any help to this site.... they cost more and I do not recall them ever donating crapola to the raffles...

The Redline stand is also industrial duty... I would rather deal with a site sponsor that provides a quality product myself

Both are excellent. I prefer the Pit Bull myself, but I've used the Redline before and it is also good.

That having been said, I see a problem using this "One-Man Stand" on the K8:

Watch the video to see this problem. The issue is confirming that the RIGHT spool (as you sit on the bike) is properly engaged in its spool arm before lifting the bike. It looks like a trivial exercise in the vid; but they are using a tiny little Triumph sportbike. On the K8 with stock exhaust, the right bazooka is so huge you would likely not be able to see the right spool (remember, you're standing on the left side of the bike when you use this stand). If you go ahead and lean over to the right to try to see the spool, you are really setting yourself up for the bike falling on its right side.

I have both. Redline on front...pit bull (forward facing) for the rear.

Maybe Redline needs to design a forward facing one and boost their sales?

Good point, I kinda thought of that myself.

Don't know if you have these in the US but they are the best over here, ABBA Stands
