Daddy always said, Go Fast Boy Go Fast

Momma always said, It doesnt matter how fast you get there as long as you look good doing it.

I think I made them both Happy - - - BUSA :beerchug:

Stretching looks good ( MOM ) and has to help keep that front end down when launching ( DAD )

I've got a Spencer 3-9 inch arm. I initially started at about 7 inches but had absolutely NO traction on launch. I've slowly taken links out of the chain to get to about 4.5 inches over. I can still spin the tire at will if I have my regular tire on (Michelin PP), but it hooks great with a Shinko Usoft 003.

I'm 240 pounds without gear and my bike makes a little over 200 on motor and about 250 on spray.

If you are stretching to launch then don't go much over 4 or 5 inches. If you just wanna look pretty then I guess it doesn't matter.

HAHA - all you guys with ten foot poser arms and no traction issues must have some weak @ss motors in those bikes.:poke:

why are we posers cause we have our bikes streched, it has the same STOCK engine as your bike if it's between 99-07, i understand you have mods done but i wouldn't call any Hayabusa weak.

I street race every available weekend, and no one stretched over 6 ever has a chance out of the hundreds of races I've seen/been in - even with a low psi Shinko 003. Who knows? Maybe none of us know how to launch out here in cornfield country.

Your mileage may vary - and I'll quit stirring the pot.

I was just curious why you considered people with streched bikes posers, if you like to race, twist it up, just cruise and ride, or look good. i dont think you can consider anyone of those posers, everybody has there thing they like to do, just ride the bike and let others that see you on that bike wish they had a BUSA:laugh:
