Vman, I heard on the ETR forum that 3 went down today on the Dragon. No injuries. I saw one bike early that had been down. Met miplaystation and his daughter too at the overlook. Saw him at lunch but didn't know who it was.

Sorry georgiabusa05, I can't make it this weekend. I've got my son this weekend and he's getting too big to ride behind and not old enough yet to ride his own. I'm not sure how I'll feed him in another year or two. That was one reason I went yesterday. I ran up to grab a burger at the grill. It was a long way just for lunch but man the commute was great. OK back home safe and sound.
The weekend weather was flat out awsome. We started early, imagine that....we left the CROT at 7:45am.....and were at the overlook by 8ish.
Very little traffic and road conditions were great.
Tim it was great seeing you guys again.
Busacruise nice to finally meet you.
I did not hear about any accidents on Friday. Today Tyler hit a oil slick and turned his R6 into a ditch witch. He is fine and rode the rest of the day. The oil was fresh and left by a truck with a baaaaaaad leak. It went for nearly a mile before the truck pulled off.
I will try to get a suspension report up tomorrow........

Look me up...I work about a mile and a half South from the Biltmore House........I will not be able to make this weekend. I'll most likely be at the biltmore next weekend, bikeless though

The Gap was great today. We didnt get into any rain. It wasnt very crowded either. I seen VMAN1300 and his friend Doug at CROT. I will post some pics later in another thread. One guy went down due to oil on the road after we went through, luckly he was OK. BusaCruise, sorry we didnt meet you, it was probally 12:30 or so when we got to CROT.
Tennbusa, PM me the next weekend you are going to the Gap and maybe I can make it. Its 100 miles from my house to the overlook. Not bad.
