Starting to feel stupid

Don’t u have a maxx? If so Start with a fresh maxx harness, solve all your problems by having everything done once without splices. Just takes longer initially. Yesterday I couldn’t get my shift button or two step to work, traced the wires, all good, checked the diagram, had the wrong wires marked in the fueltech as 2step/shift. Easy programming fix.

Using a chopped stock harness, everything runs thru something else usually, longer and harder to diagnose issues.

Went by Das today on the way home from work today
He will wire my bike.......But basically said he really doesn't love doing wiring harnesses cause of the time involved and basically gave me the "I don't REALLY want to do it price" It was 1500 or so more than I am willing to spend

Came home today and threw most of my e-bay really clean harness on and a few little things before trying to fire with 100% factory harness on it

BTW @michael parris heuberger saw your frame sitting on the lift

Need a factory air temp sensor
and a tip over switch before ready to fire

Well also one wire out of the RH control also but might have to replace the hand control or maybe just jump the 12v signal across the connector for that one wire
68K resistor if you have one for tipover, should start fine without a IAT sensor, could also toss a resistor in to prevent a code, though i take for granted most people dont have bags of resistors laying around LOL
