Starting to feel stupid

With winter basically here
I pulled my motor yet again
Going to replace my Block and pistons with new
Jug is a gen 2 with 4-5 builds on it, still measures fine. Just eliminating everything plus can't hurt
Pistons also look fine #2 leak down is the highest on the last 3 builds, only leaking 3-4% lower than other jugs

Leak down tested just my head that has 20 minutes on in , and every hole is unmeasurably close to perfect

Injectors have been sent to RSR for testing and cleaning
Damn I hope he finds something up with #1

If the injector is fine then you won't find the problem. Only fix it. I say let's put it back together and keep looking. Need to know, don't want this to haunt us. All I favor say I........

This is way over my head. That said, if the compression and leak-down are solid, a "runs on three" condition should be either fuel or spark?
I used my standalone to test ignition timing on all 4 cylinders individually all spot on
I also can command the standalone to sequentially fire the injectors as if running
and flowed them into unscientific mason jars they all seem the same

#1 seems to do nothing when I unplug either coil or injector
I have three sets of coils , one set is marked 1-4 and have swapped them around
no change
if I had a bad coil eventually with how many time I have futzed with this this the problem should have moved

At one point I thought I had a messed up oil ring causing that hole not to fire
disassembled and checked/replaced rings again

After running, is the spark plug in number one "fuel fouled" indictating that it is getting gas but no spark? Or are the four plugs the same, indicating proper fuel / spark (I think...), but something else (mechanical)? Just spit balling...

My buddy had a failed injector driver in his ECU that drove him crazy.

Is temperature a factor? Missfire decreases or increases at operating temp?

This happens is cars usually, don’t hear it happening in hikes much but have u checked the cam lobes on #1?

Also, u could go old school and fire it up, put a plug on number 1 coil and ground it to the head, see if it fires.

Taking a stab at why your number one cylinder doesn't seem to be firing...

I recommend checking the continuity of each wire going to the coil plug. Try to start at the ECU or as close to the beginning of its connection as possible. I wonder if your wire isn't broken in the connector on either end.
Does it with the standalone and dedicated harness
and the OEM harness with PCV-TPI

Spent the morning coming up with a way to hang a fuel tank from my rafters and connect my fuel system

While I had throttle bodies off I shined a light behind the blades and one looked closed. Four was almost closed.
Is it possible my mercury carb stix are messed up ? Or did I sync them wrong ? Don’t know how to do it wrong that I can think of.
Next I will flow test the injectors
One of these things is not like the others
