I personally will go out of my way to avoid violent encounters but am capable of projecting violence when necessary to preserve my or other lives as was done while I was serving.....we had a job to do and were very good at that job.

It was only after years of intensive therapy that I was able to speak on this, it's not boasting either.....it's plain speak.

The investigation into New Orleans is still ongoing but from initial findings it appears this person was radicalized most likely due to undiagnosed or untreated mental health issues......anyone who was trained to fight terrorists and then becomes one points to this in my opinion....

Some more proof to you that animals are much more violent in comparison.

I cherish the deer on my property, but can’t stop my dog Blaise from hunting them. I wonder what he will do if he actually gets hold of one? The sand hill on the right is the only violence I know, great for shooting all my guns, killing sand grains.

Oops, sorry I forgot, you don’t get dry humor.

Tell me this....what animal out there either can't be killed by a human or hasn't been killed by a human?

Regarding the violent tendencies of humans, you identify as being highly intelligent.... .....do your research, don't take my word

Or conduct an experiment and go into certain neighborhoods after dark wearing something shiny and expensive and see how long these non-violent human beings allow you to go before they take it from you.

Interesting to think that the firearm was designed for violence....it's sole purpose is to kill.....people see them as being tamed down by strictly shooting at targets but they are designed for killing. If a bear came out and attacked your dog, would you shoot the bear to save your dog?

You can stop your dog from hunting deer, the deterrent is called either a leash or a fence.

It's a huge fine for the owner here if a domestic dog is caught chasing wildlife unless it's during a hunt and the dog is pushing deer.....but even then you have to have a permit to do so.

A motorcycle was designed as a means of transport. Some of us use them purely as leasure.

A firearm was designed as a means of killing. Some of us use them purely as leisure. You need a technical mind to understand that grouping tight at 300 yards takes skill, plus technology. Some of us work on both those aspects and enjoy striving towards perfection. People who are non-technical won’t appreciate that.

In terms of dogs being fenced in, mine are, the deer enters his space, this is not Canada, on my property my dogs can do as they wish. I can hunt them also, whenever I wish, however I break all your rules, as I am non-violent.

Nostradamus wasn't even this accurate. Spooky kinda accustate. Not vague references that could be interpreted several ways. He named the cities and said what would happen. He saw the assassination attempt and even said 'bullet whizzing by his ear'. That's just weird.

We (are) animals so get that thru your head. And your dog can be trained not to hunt deer. As for your personal ability to become violent. Well I’ve seen some that would rather lay down and be beaten to death instead of fighting back. Is that you? As a race we humans are (the) most violent of any animal on the planet.

For the f$))) time, some humans are the most violent species on earth. SOME.

I’m not good at handling stupid, so best we move on.

About laying down when beaten to death. Pleased I don’t live in your neighborhood. I live in a decent one, a safe one, one where we don’t have physical fences and we don’t have to lock our doors.

It's true most humans are caring and peaceful. It's the fact that the remaining humans fully realize the consequence of what they're doing, and do it anyway, that perhaps qualifies us. I say us as in humans generally, not you and I particularly.
Bee is arguing the possibility of evil in humans and you the possibility, tendency maybe, of good . What's more important the ratio, or the parameters of human conduct? You are both right but it's tricky to reach concertedness.

All human beings have the ability to become violent.....some more violent than others of course.....

Like I mentioned, if someone cuts you off on your motorcycle and is a turd about it, do you just shrug or do you get angry.....? Anger is the first step towards violence...fear is the next step....

Any anthropologist will tell you that humans are predators, that's why our eyes have binocular vision and we have canine teeth. We as a race have evolved but we still all have underlying violent tendencies which are quickly and easily delved into.

Years ago I went to one of those people who are "fortune tellers" for some reason...(I think I was goaded into it by a girl).

The person was bang on.........and these were things that I could have no possibility of having any control over.

I don't think these people are correct 100% of the time though...

I posted the information regarding domestic dogs to substantiate there are different regulations for different states as was our discussion.

Speaking of growing up.....take some of your own advice and do some yourself..

I, for one ride a Hayabusa and will never grow up.

Your statement tells me that either you haven't read or comprehended anything I have posted in this thread....

An African lion is more powerful than a human but a human has the ability to kill an African lion or anything else on this planet barring a few microscopic microbes....Lions kill for a purpose, humans kill for many reasons.

The ability to kill doesn't negate the violence humans exhibit on a daily basis...even in a first world country violence is prevalent in almost every aspect of life....people such as yourself are the exception not the rule.

You should really take your own advice and check your own ego at the door.....

With my abstract ability, and the tools available to me, I can be, but I am not.

There are many other humans similar to me.
