Pretty much how the rest of the world thought i reckon.
I'd say people on both sides have jobs and families but the pictures shown of these supporters showed them all sporting weapons....
Taking weapons to a rally isn't necessarily a great idea with emotions all riled up and all...
In the end-republican or democrat, they are all Americans and should be acting like they are....I can easily see how the civil war started back in the day.

Why are you so angry all the time. Someone that is not left leaning makes a comment all you do is call them stupid every time.
And yes I don’t think these people rioting in those big cities are leaving their kids at home alone all night and waking up 3 hours later to go to work.

I read these posts and picture this type of conversation taking place out on a street somewhere where there is no computer/phone screen to mask facial expressions and body language...I'll bet it would be a totally different conversation.
We see pictures of heavily armed people who align themselves to either party just talking to each other.
Oddly enough when I was in Bosnia, the local people all knew what religion everyone else was, when I told them generally none of our battle group knew what religion the guy beside us was they acted really surprised and wondered how that could be. I told them a religion is a personal thing and doesn't affect how we go about conducting business and generally it's none of our business what religion they are.
With the basic collapse of organized Christianity, politics have taken it's place, and with time, what someone's political alignment is will be their business.
I personally don't think any political leader has anyone's best interest in mind other than their own and that most definitely includes your out-going president. He didn't get to where he is in business because he is a nice guy who cares about anyone.

Can you explain this to me? It was the Democrat party that refused to accept Trump's presidency for the last 4 years, inciting hatred and calling every right-leaning person "racist", "fascist" and "Hitler". It was the Democrats who supported "mostly peaceful protesters" rioting, killing and burning down cities. It was the Democrats who allowed CHAZ/CHOP to exist in Seattle. It was the Democrats who jumped on board the #DefundThePolice movement. It was the Democrats who built up such hatred for Trump within their ranks that acceptance and unity of the country has been all but impossible during his term.

Don’t you guys have socialized medicine up there? They address mental illness right? Seek help right away because you are quite delusional. Nobody supported rioting, killing or the burning down of cities except those responsible for their direct actions in committing those crimes. BTW, what you described happened in trump’s America. The democrats weren’t running the show, republicans were.

Trump offered help to Democrat cities in flames, the help was all but refused. Trump called in the federal troops to end the violence and was vilified by the left for it. The Democrats loved the anarchy in their streets.
