Okay, so you are wearing armor, a parachute, goggles, helmet, find a tornado and bicycle right toward it. when the winds reach about 40, toss your open chute into the wind and off you go! provide you live and you can keep your altitude and berrings, the object is to ride it out until you are tossed out fo the vortex [or you can release your main chute] and pull your backup chute for a safe landing. is this feasable?

g/f goes to find an apt in KS for law school + motor throw a rod through the block = me leaving w'loo at 7pm driving through an insane storm to go get her in KC and being able to get back home before work at 8am. Oh yeah and coming 15ft from getting struck by lightning.

I would love to get struck by lightning! Imagine if you lived through that! AWESOME!

Anyway, the closest I have come was out on my boat in NASTY weather and lightning hit the water about 100 feet away. The hair on my body stood straight out and I felt a tingle.

BTW - I still like the idea of riding a chute in a tornado. Perhaps a paraglider or hangglider would work better. I bet someone has tried something like this. I am gonna do a search on the web!
