Well I did it again

Doctors, first they make you an appointment, tell you to show up 15mins early then you wait 45mins in the lobby.  grrrrrrrr

***UPDATE***
I just got off the phone with the insurance company and found out that the other car may be a total loss as well as my bike. It looks like I did about $4400 worth of damage to the rear of her car and being an older Buick it doesn't hold it value so it's gone. They have come up with a value for my bike and I'm not sure but I think it's good. After my $500 deductible I get the following:
$8452.15 Bike
$ 600.00 leather jacket
$ 499.00 helmat
$ 123.00 towing and storage
-------------------
$9674.12 total cash back.

now all I have to worry about is my cut of the health ins. bills

State Farm and the guy handling the clam is a rider. When I told him about the helmet and jacket he doesn't even want receipts. He knows what bikes cost and is really cool about it.

Price sounds good for the bike. When I had my accident they wouldn't cover clothing and wanted a receipt for my helmet. State Farm

I just got off the phone with the insurance company and they have accepted full liability.  It appears the other car died due to some kind of power failure and that is why she was unable to have any kind of warning lights on.  The accident has been pined on me.

 I called a few lawyers and they told me all I could do is try to fight the ticket but it would be really hard to beat.  So it looks like I'm stuck.

  Oh well at least I will be making some money on the bike and stuff.

That sucks man, its still hard to believe a parked car in the far left lane is legal....?
What stopped her from moving to the right shoulder, only a tire blow out or something.....not an "electrical failure" !

I can start putting weight on my leg and get off the crutches so soon as I can. The sooner the better.

The bad news is it looks like 6-8 weeks before I can even think of getting back to work.
