It has a little torque at midrange, doesn't feel too agressive though.
Typical modern 1k tamed power delivery...I'm sure that can be fixed.

Have a look at Brock Davidsons vids on youtube, he tunes one of these and all the power gains are through flashing the ECM, the exhaust only restricts the power by 3 rwhp, the power is restricted in the mapping of the Fuel Injection, the throttle plates are actuated by the ECM and close off early, even though your throttle is WFO.

Test fit up the ohlins sd030 damper, realized that I can not raise or lower tank with the stem piece on so I have to find a good socket to remove and install so I don’t have to unbolt my triple tree every time

I see you have a gipro gear indicator on your busa is the ATRE active on it or can you deactivate it ,I having Frank flash muy ecu and set up my pc3 will the gear indicator interfere with ecu and pc3

The tre is disabled. Do you have one on your bike I can tell you how to make sure it’s deleted.

Road my Gen II to Denver and back yesterday. It was with both sons and a friend and we had a great time. Brought em all home safe and detailed each of the rides and back into the stable.

Went for a decent ride and came to a conclusion.

I do not need or desire any more power than this bike generates.

It only took me a matter of minutes to feel at home again on the bird.

All packed up and ready to go in this picture. I set up my tripod and camera for the memory. I am not good at taking pictures during life as it unfolds. This is the main one i have from the journey. I travelled from Georgia to New Orleans, stayed two nights, then Austin for MotoGP, rode around Austin and surrounding areas quite a bit, San Antonio to see friends back East to Slidell LA and back to Georgia. Sorry about that. I did not take any photos during our ride. However, if any of you remember my oldest son bought his first motorcycle ever last late summer.. He has been all over it and done his own upgrades/mods. This was day prior to our Denver trip and back. Slammed with BROCKS and I admit, it looks great. Not for me but he done a great job. Had to even cut the Brocks Kick Stand shorter to get a lean on! Ha

Tomorrow’s the museum and then up to Deal’s Gap. I’ll write about my trip when I’m done. 15 days on the road with the Busa.
