What Did You Do To Your Busa, Today?

I'll produce a video this evening . RJ is apart so it's easy to show ,and tell .

Well I guess I figured it out, I didn't use my bleed tool I just held the lever with a little bit of pressure and opened up the valve then applied more pressure to the lever and closed bleed valve until I didn't see any bubbles I also had previously tapped the banjo fittings and the slave cylinder lightly with a rubber end on a screwdriver so I would like to thank all you guys and I'm going to ride about a couple miles tomorrow before I put the fairings back on to make sure she is good and checking for leaks not job is to burp the system is there any easier way without pulling side fairing off I know it's a stupid question but but you guys are pros and I'm a newbie working on my busa thanks again guys

I clean the engine some but it's not c-10 clean :poke:maybe tomorrow I will clean it up alittle more was filthy has never been cleaned before by previous owner :fire:

Another way to bleed them is the way I always have on cars and trucks... open bleeder pull lever and hold and then close bleeder and release lever. Ive seen alot of people try to bleed a slave cylinder on bikes and cars like u would brakes in a car the old pump, hold, open bleeder and that just don't work well at all. But when I just flushed the slave cylinder on my busa I did have a mityvac so I used it and made a pretty quick jib of it.
I used a tool similar to the mighty vac

Finally got around to installing the Trickbitz 3/4” riser plate and was able to loosen the triple clamps and drop the front end 3/4” to match. The plate is a fine piece of workmanship - hard anodized aluminum with stainless bushings - almost a shame to hide it under the handlebar plate..... Helibars are still on and this setup is definitely now hitting the fairing. I think I will try and loosen / rotate them back a bit as any sharp right turn will most likely switch the hi-beam on. Next project will be to drop the rear a matching 3/4” and then I’m done till after Christmas

Thanks c-10 very informative thanks so much
Quick question which r
