Still decent anyhow Karl, all fits together perfectly.Sadly yes. Looks like everything laid down, then clear as a final

Show the dash and switchgear? After what seemed like months, (oh wait, it was months..) my new fairing kit came in this weekend. Not a bad job. Went together pretty smoothly. Looks way better then the factory '16 red/silver colour. Fitment, about 8/10. Paint 8.5/10. But I'm happy.
Also finished the rewiring to integrate the Gen3 switch gear into the gen2. Small interface and the rostra Cruise works with the factory switch gear. Have a dual colour led mounted in the dash, red for enabled, goes green for active.

I realized this graphically fatal flaw in the Busa logo while working on my paint scheme. The logo was designed for the right side of the bike and simply doesn't fit correctly on the left. I even noticed most marketing photos of the Busa show it going left to right so they feature the right side where the logo works. Amazing this limitation was not resolved by the factory?!I see what you are saying...keen eye there...
I'll grab a pic tomorrow and throw up. Err... Post up evenShow the dash and switchgear?
I totally approve of this tire pressure law lol1) Thread goes on Schrader valve. Antenna broadcasts tire pressure to Centralized Government under the new, "We wanna know your tire pressure" law. New hardware will keep our good friend Kiwi out of prison.
2) Thread goes on Schrader valve, analog gauge indicates the tire pressure. The other side? Let us say you are on a ride and you come across someone with COVID. BOOM! "Yea I got an inoculation with me!" Save their life carrying your inoculation with you in the most convenient location possible. Wait you are in New Zealand? Scorpion sting antidote instead.
3) The guys in the shop pick it up, push thumb onto copper side as hard as possible. The gauge indicates arm strength. Lots of cash betting going on there...
4) Given the range of the gauge: the threaded side connects to the top end somehow for compression testing and the needle side goes onto a basketball/volleyball or maybe (less effective) it is Bluetooth broadcasting the results to a device?
Whoville makes good stuffI know exactly what it is......
it's a thingamabob that measures the whatsit and screws into the whatchmacallit...it's made in Whoville...

They are nearly impossible to bleed without a vacuum or pump to push or pull fluid through the line.Added my Russell steel braided brake line. Now I just got to bleed it which seems to be taking abnormally long.

Just warmed up the Stang (Garage Queen) for a bit to keep the battery charged and just get some fluids moving so while I did that I wiped the bike down... maybe get out later today
I ended up just continuing to bleed until I finally got brake pedal and now it's all good. No vacuum at all just standard old school bleeding procedure. They are nearly impossible to bleed without a vacuum or pump to push or pull fluid through the line.
I rode a Gen 3!
Ok… so it was just around the car park at work but it was cool!

Feels completely different than my Gen 1, and feels lighter than a Gen 2, I’ve ridden one recently… buts that’s only going by the low speed crawl around the car park. How do you think it feels/fits you vs your gen1? Or vs a gen2, if you've ridden one recently.
