Took it out for a ride and these grips are great. I don’t think I’ll go with any other ones after using them.

I usually do the same, top side first, all the plastic, dash and mirrors then take a rest (I’m old) and upon return, the lower half including the wheels and chain. Whew, I’m tired just thinking about it!
Been there, done that.
Do you have any bikes in mind?
I Highly recommend trying a Bking if possible.
Super comfortable with Busa power.
Easiest bike I’ve ever ridden.

Still flat out trying to finish the new home for the end of the month, but managed to get a quick run in this morning. 100k’s closer to running it in. Bit cool here, (Winter) 5 degrees C (41F) when I left home, but 13C (55F) by the time I got back.
Much as I love cruise control (it suits my old bones and poor health) I dislike the way some bikes come off it. The H2 had a bit of a jolt, I eventually worked out that knocking the cruise control off the H2 with the clutch fixed that. However… the Busa has thing where when you do that it blips the revs, very noticeably, like a milder version of a missed gear, I didn’t like it! I worked out today that unlike the Kwak knocking the cruise control off with the rear brake is quite smooth on the Busa.

Went to get the bike out, but when I realised I’d have to get the ice off the Ute to move it, I decided I might wait a while and went back inside for another coffee…

Crazy to see a picture like that when it's 107 here with heat index!
In 6 months the opposite will be realized...
The weekend looks nice but getting hotter next week. Whenever I think it’s too hot I look at Death
Valley and I feel better.
