Man, stick to the important things, ok...he can tell us about the ride some other time...How big were her boobs? I mean how was the ride?
I got too many damn bikes for that. I’d need a backpack. Lol
I rode for the first time in weeks (55* and sunny!). I felt clunky and awkward. The rear brake is terrible again. And then this chick flashed her boobs at me and everything was fine.

Tested. Works great. Only complaint is that the bolt they sent for the shift lever is about 5mm too short for my comfort level. Replaced it with an allen bolt from ace (they didn't have hex head in the right size). Just have to be careful not to strip the head because it will be hard to drill out. Don't love button head screws.Installed a Healtech quick shifter. Everything is done except road test this afternoon.

I knew I had posted a pic of my "cheap"levers on here but was hoping I had some a little better with it and maybe included a pic of the box or a part number. I know a lot of people are against the knock off levers and there's been some bad things put out against mzs which I personally believe a lot was due to something @sixpack577 brought up once upon a time about not having things installed properly when they people swapped levers. I found myself trying to get a different set of mzs levers for my gen2 and all I can find is listed for gen1 on Amazon and their website which is really bothering me seeing as I know I purchased these and they were listed for a gen 2 and one also ordered 2 other sets for a buddy for his gen2 that were listed that way. The thing that really throws me off is even when I go thru my old orders on Amazon none of them show up as ever having been ordered. Had anyone heard of issues with the mzs levers and the gen2 that might of caused them to stop listing them for it?Just some cheap MZS off Amazon. I've always ran oem levers and wanted to see how i felt about shortys before i committed to a high dollar set so i gave these a try. Plus they had red adjusters and I'm kind of the same way with the red that @jeffgordons24 is with his blue, well i don't think I'm that bad yet.

I love that quickshifter. I haven’t had a chance to play with the settings yet but it makes it so nice to ride.Tested. Works great. I haven't messed with the settings either. The only issues I've had have been my fault, foot not properly positioned, weak shifting. Part of it is that my pegs have such an aggressive surface that it's hard to move my foot around. Going to try other pegs and see if it's easier.I love that quickshifter. I've seen customers bikes come in and they had installed their own levers and never transferred the bushing from the oem lever that needs required and also had some that didn't realize there was a certain spot where the pushrod sits and it was causing their brakes to stay slightly engaged which is what I think happens to a lot of the people that say the lever caused their brakes to lock up but that's just my theory, well kind of a theory and kind of been proven on a couple occasionsThat was in regards to the master cylinder pin hole not being the correct size in the lever, for several models that I had seen personally.
So that the lever did not/could not actuate the master cylinder.
Resulting in the levers needing drilled out.
All of these defective levers also bolted up correctly to the bike.
The problems were as simple as the brake lights not working, to as severe as the brakes themselves not working.
Anyone mechanically inclined could easily find and fix the problem, but it was also easy to miss during such a simple install.
I think we've both installed enough aftermarket parts over the years too, to know that sometimes even the best parts still can need modified to fit correctly...let alone the china knock-offs.
