Just installed a set of ASV levers on my ZX10 and yeah, they are easy enough install but it's also easy to miss some of the details like you pointed out.I've seen customers bikes come in and they had installed their own levers and never transferred the bushing from the oem lever that needs required and also had some that didn't realize there was a certain spot where the pushrod sits and it was causing their brakes to stay slightly engaged which is what I think happens to a lot of the people that say the lever caused their brakes to lock up but that's just my theory, well kind of a theory and kind of been proven on a couple occasions
That's a fine looking bike....hard to replace...Cleaned her up. I have to admit I’ve thought about selling her and getting something newer but all it takes is a look in the garage and it makes me forget about that idea.

You snag this off Amazon? Ive thought about doing this too...I put some DEI gold everywhere. Once the new RCC stuff comes in, I got more for that stuff. Also doing under the tank.

During the heat of summer, my fuel tank feels like a giant heat sink. Nothing like a topping off the tank with nice cool fuel from underground. Perhaps some DEI over the existing factory stuff on the bottom of the tank?
