Ha ha! That's right Miguel! I have never had a battery maintainer before and I picked one up a week ago. After wiring it up I let it charge so it would be ready when I go for a ride. I'm not putting it up for the winter by no means!
 
Finally made a bracket to mount the voltmeter I bought about 6 months ago and just need to finish the wiring. Also, trying to find a different mounting option for the rizoma reservoirs, because they block too much of my gauges mounted to the top clamp, due to the spacer I run. Maybe if I get different reservoir brackets I can angle them out of the way. That’s a work in progress, hence the threaded holes seen on the top triple clamp on the picture.

I'm gonna find a volt gauge soon. Just wired up my bike for my heated gear and noticed my high beam dims just a little when I'm idling.

Yes, the mount swivels but it won't be moved from the bike's acceleration. And trust me , I've gone 180+ mph without it moving lol... but it does move if I touch it. I got used to it.

Hah, thanks yea I just installed it yesterday and was thinking maybe I had cut too low and I wasn’t able to make it tight enough to secure. Guess that is just how it is.

I’m going to check out that blue gauges I want some sexy eye candy to stare at when stopped at traffic lights lol

Those ram mounts all swivel like that. I hate mine too. The nice custom gauges used to be made by “webslinger”, but he past away while on vacation right before I could send my gauges to him. I went through bluegauges.com as well.

Glad I am not the only one. I have my gps on a ram mount off the brake reservoir it is rock solid. I kinda regret getting the steering neck one now. Oh well :banghead:

I’m gonna have to call them and tell them I am a relic and ride a gen 1 still and see what they can pull off for me
