What Did You Do To Your Busa, Today?

January and February are the worst months here but we still get some 45-60 days once in a while.

I do put fuel stabilizer in but the most my bikes normally go without being ridden is 3 weeks maybe a month. I at least try to go 25-30 miles on a ride. I may put them in my basement during January/February.
Man I would love to see a video of that. Busa in a basement.

Made some headway on wiring in the led glow

Cops have always been called pigs over here , just government revenue raisers are particularly so ( including speed camera operators ) . This 'job ' can be contracted out , but this one was a local pig . Be more acceptable if the operators setup in known dangerous traffic areas , not a quiet country road with mostly low traffic .
How would they prove it was you? "I was selling my bike that day Judge and several potential buyers took it for a test drive, no one could come up with the money though so no sale"

Ok, it works like this in Australia and NZ ( both Commonwealtrh countries under similar laws).
In court, the onus is on the 'registered owner' of the vehicle to name the driver, if the 'registered owner' will not, or does not name the driver then the penalty defaults back to the 'registered owner'.
There's no legal defence UNLESS you name the person driving at the time of the offence.

I'm not going to let anyone test ride my bike without a picture ID.

What Kiwi said , they don't have to prove nothing ...

You're right to an extend, but if you take the time to fight in court (which usually ends up more than the ticket since you're missing work) they need concrete evidence that it's you. I've fought my way out of many tickets, even when I was stopped by the police officer. If they don't have evidence that it's 100% you driving, they can't really charge you for the crime or fine you. That usually means that you have to go to the arrangement date and then again in court. Most officers won't even show up unless you were a total tool during the stop.
