What did you do to your other motorcycle today ?

Remember the kind of ‘swagger’ stick Lee Marvin had hanging off his wrist in Liberty Valance? I’ve seen some Hawg ridin fellows with something similar hanging off the handlebars. Very little difference to a sawed off bat.

Go into most any truckstop and look at the assortment of wooden and metal bat style sticks, many with wrist loops.
Most truckers keep one next to their seat.
They are suprisingly 100% legal too...as the stick's legitamate purpose is for hitting the truck tires to check if they're low or damaged, on the daily DOT trip inspections the driver does.
lol

Never watched that movie....

Actually haven't watched very many "war" movies...

That's not suprising.
I don't watch many movies or much tv at all, but my friends and I watched all of his movies growing up.
When you kill all the bad guys...And ride wheelies doing it...come on...now you know why Chuck is the man...

Wow, that was uber-cheesy........

...you better hope Chuck isn't reading this...you might get a phone call.
He does run U.S Spec-Ops you know...
I definitely wouldn't want him to rappel out of a flying 707 onto my street in reprisal for saying this was cheesy.....

The grenade launchers coming out of the back with that incredible accuracy is something I could have used a few times....

That kind of 80's tech accuracy didn't really exhist...Chuck just wills the bullets and grenades where to go...

Did you ever ride dirtbikes on any missions?

Just in case you're not convinced...

note the wheelie to dodge bullets(always, Always...go for the wheelie, lmao)

Wow, that was awful....now I'm glad I never watched it...those 2 and a half minutes were more than enough....

I noted the "bad guys" had Swedish K smgs....those things are pretty rare and very expensive for a terror group to be carrying especially when there are so many variants of the AK laying all over the place....

Lmao...you're welcome

and, those fancy guns...that was Kadafi's cousin Darryl in the white Benz...the family had money...

I assume they have their time and place, if you can blend in on one, or get to or from your target without being seen or heard.
Speed and ease of effort are their main benefits....when you can get on target and be refreshed enough to conduct the op, that is the goal..

Generally they were just used for tactical observation. I ran into some SOF units using diesel KLRs to get eyes on high value targets so they can paint them for strikes. They could get in and out quick and are fairly hard to target themselves because of their speed and size.
