What percent of riders have been 150 mph

Yeah, there was a guy that belongs to a club around here (Delaware), and he says "you have to qualify to get in". I'm not sure about how long, but he said they had to do 170 mph. for a certain amount of time. Then I look at all their bikes and 90% of them were 600's ? I was ready to ask him, "do they all borrow your bike ?" (he had a Busa)
 
Ive seen 185 on my busa speedo and ive bounced off the speed limiter in 6th gear on my R6 while it was reading 187-184 inbetween bouncing off the limiter.

How accurate that is, i will never know, but shortly i plan to use my friends GPS on my busa to determine how off it is with the gearing. its only a +3 rear sprocket.

Typically on the busa when im on the freeway, i will surpass 150mph quite frequently, because it is that easy to do, haha.

Been up to 260 KM's just long enough to look down at the speedo and say Holy ****!!!
It was fun and i loved it,I only slowed down for fear of being caught.:laugh:
 
I've been past 160 I didn't look down till I let out but I seem to get into alot of roll racing when I go riding on the weekends but I would say a pretty good percentage of people with busa's have been 150 plus it's so easy to go fast on that bike.
 
only as fast as the posted speed limit officer....and yes..ill tweek it up fairly frequently on known spots with enough view and good road
 
I've hit 160 indicated on a certain stretch of raised freeway here where no cops/animals or other drivers can hide. Even with the speedo error I think I was probably just over 150. Wouldn't do it anywhere else . . . well except for a certain bridge . . .

I'd say 60%.

I did that fast on the 1098 in front of a local high school.

Didnt ride with those boys again....

I almost agree man sex is just much better as for 150mph come on man this is a busa forum you should be asking how many of us have modified and taken her over 200 that is more of a question alot of the guys here have plenty of power to get there.???
 
ok this was not easy but i got a pic with my iphone, dont worry i had an app for that so her it is

and my speedo was corrected and tested via dyno and tx mile traps !


i do 150 goneing to work !!!!!!!!!!!
