Whats your best E.T. in 05 ?

6.888 @ 111, 1.72 60' 16t front, strapped, middle hole bones, 6" stretch, Shinko 003. I'm still launching like a puss, but it's getting better!! I'm about 275 geared up.
Geared up we're close to the same...Before I boosted I was running 6.5's w/Muzzy...Ha that was over a year and a half ago...Optomistic about going to the track...Last time I ran her the fueling was way off and she still ran 121mph in the 8th with me on her...

You better!!!!

Just remember if you wreck, bones heal

believe me I know

I think you can throw the mega phone kit on the sidewinder View attachment 601299
The sidewinder is a megaphone Him  View attachment 601300 . Here is a pic that should explain things a little better. The one listed as " 4-2-1 sidewinder" is the one I'm getting the one listed as "street megaphone" is the one that uses the Gen3 header.

Blue Streak, how much cutting of the fairing is involved? Would a stock motor benefit from it, or is for built motors?

last night i ran a not so impressive 6.62 at 111mph, my 60ft times have been right at 1.7 so i know i leave way too week but don't want to burn up too much launching hard. Best time was 6.58 that was also at 111mph.  Plenty of room for improvement here.

As of July 9th 2005 with the new brock setup dropped down to 6.48 at 112.

You have to cut a hole in the right side fairing near the lower vent hole. The stock motor vs. built motor was the thing I was worried about also since I have a 100% bone stock motor. I called Brock and talked to him to find out what he thought, he said that it would not loose anything down low and would actually gain a few HP up top over the Gen3 on a stock motor. Guess I will find out next week when I get it on and go to the track. I'll post the results so everyone can see if the sidewinder helps or hurts a stock motored bike. View attachment 601378

From what I can see you have way too much gear. Unless you are a pro rider. switch your front to a 17 and go from there. You are not even close to burning anything up.....turn that throttle!!!!!!!!!
Good luck

yeaht he street mega phone is what i was refering too. so you cant put the street kit to have it angled up on the sidewinder, or is it just for the gen 3?

Ok turbo guys, i see another "turbo vs Big block" topic comming. I was planning on doing a turbo in a couple of months, but I'm now changing my mind.
With all the hype you hear bout turbo's, I would have expected alot more turbo guys replying. (thanks for your post Stunnah)
