Yes it could. It could also be the way you shift, if you use the clutch you will not run any MPH and if you take to long to shift or back out to much to complete a clutchless shift it will also hurt your MPH. I think thats may be part of Hims problem since someone else road it and run alot more MPH than he does. View attachment 601627could be the air.
last sunday, I was getting 136mph in the morning... in the finals, was back to 146mph.
not to mention this someone had 100 lbs on me no offense luda. so i can leave the thorttle open a little and still do the clutchless shift? i close it all the way before i shift View attachment 601630 i may have found my problemYes it could. Yes you keep the throttle mostly open when you shift. Your wrist should be the only thing moving when you back out to do the cluthless shift ( Very little blip of the throttle is all thats needed) if your elbow is moving when your blipping the throttle for the shift then you are backing out way to much.not to mention this someone had 100 lbs on me no offense luda. so i can leave the thorttle open a little and still do the clutchless shift? i close it all the way before i shift View attachment 601644 i may have found my problemYes it could. Nice times !Seems like i may be close to where i wanna be but i'm not sure about my mph!...went out to the track for the first time this year...2nd time ever, best 60ft was 1.51, 330ft was 4.01 and the 1/8th was 6.13...only 114 mph though...best 1/4 mile time was 9.56 at 135...why is my mph not higher?...16th front/42th rear...stock motor...ext 4 inches...lowered 2" front and rear...shinko 003...any opionions???...where is my mph?...shouldn't i be around 140 mph w/these times?...thanx
Him is a little reluctant to launch at WOT, he has good reason to be. He flipped his bike earlier this year in a spectacular fashion doing just that, and then was kind enough to post the video of it for us all to see.thanx man...i'm feeling pretty good on the launch now...and yes, i do have that throttle pegged at the tree...takes some balls at first but you get used to it!
