That was quite a speech......I'll bet Biden and his administration wished they stayed home as they were bashed pretty hard.
It's probably just me but I would have shaken Biden's hand, smiled and then moved on and if I thought Biden did a crappy job, I'd show a little class and keep it to myself.....

All that hot air probably helped keep the room warm in the frigid DC temps. I'm all for putting the U.S. first and stop changing the time of day, but making it a point to say he wants to support the constitution and in the same speech reveal plans to change it is what we call a forked tongue.

Except Biden was able to a speak the day before without any rules and pomp and circumstance of an inauguration at hand, to proclaim the incoming administration was going to be one of Oligarchy and destroy America. Yet he never once complained when Zuck, Bezos Musk etc, used to be on their side.
So yeah, he gets what he deserves. Since has granted pardons to pretty much an entire political party the last morning in office, Trump has responded in kind. And just pardoned 1500 Jan. 6 participants. Since Biden pardoned every member of the Jan 6 committee, turnabout is fair play.

I was just saying what I would have done....I would have taken the higher ground and been the bigger man....something Trump seems to have a real problem doing...
He could have got behind the podium, smiled and moved forward.......

I think Trump has demonstrated how they need to be dealt with. And America agreed.
Yeah I'd love it if politics were civil. But quite frankly it requires that the voting America has to be civil as well.

Interesting comparison, equating taking part in the destruction at the Capitol to being appointed to a committee to investigate it.
I am not there. I had opp to go and would have stayed at a bnb with friends literally right there. But the cold made us stay. I don't need to go that bad. I was able to get the friends and family that did go passes into the arena though. Kept em out of the cold for a bit.
All in all it was no more or less than every other potus fluff and bluff.
He ain't messing around with the EOs though. Cartels are now terrorist orgs which mean yeah Tomahawk missiles from the Gulf of America may just start raining in on them. I'd bet a few holes puckered tonight.
I went out riding, because other than the obvious comic value, what happens in American politics is not of any interest to me. Actually when we have federal or state elections here it's the same. Listening to them, voting for them never improved my life when I was younger, all it did was added another layer of Bullshit to what was otherwise a fine day. It never lowered taxes, averted the wars, prevented the corporations from taking over and destroying all the small businesses. It never added anything to the quality of life of the average man in the street. Only to the Elite.
Stepping back from voting and politics allowed me to see it for what it actually is! A system of control to keep the masses in obedience, like milk cows in a stall, chickens in a battery farm. Once I realized what was going on I was able to chart another course, retire before I was 60, be debt free and not looking to government all the time for tax breaks and handouts as so many do. I became my own tax department, my own bank, my own police force. Many many people used to live this way, they have just forgotten how in this modern age.
No I never ran drugs or moonshine, I had a legitimate business. I was just very creative with accounting

I was just reading that the US border patrol discovered a very complex tunnel from Mexico into the US, it had lighting and a well concealed exit/entrance into the US......
I wonder if the border patrol is installing seismic sensors along the border or using Lidar in drones to detect tunnels?

Perhaps if Trump hadn't gone on and on about revenge, Biden wouldn't be pardoning half the U,S. population, as the two don't exactly have a trusting relationship.
I wish we could just move forward into this next administration and see what happens.
