I went out for a ride on my DRZ...
Lee’s Valley, the gravel section is 74kms.
The bike ran perfectly as per usual.
I’ve just fitted new shorty levers brake and clutch, and also progrip grips. Nice having comfy hand controls!
From my house to the start of the gravel road is 45kms, nice warm day, brilliant blue sky and light winds.... perfect!

LEES VALLEY

One of the great things about Adventure riding is the sense of getting away from the crowds. Canterbury’s remote Lees Valley is populated by no more 20 people, so there’s a good chance traffic...

1500kms for the weekend, started off 5degc and heavy dew again and turned out to be another awesome day riding .

Managed to get out before the storms to grab the cutting blades I forgot last night @ home improvement store . Still on isle in plumbing I set them down at lol.

Wife and I got in about 120-125 miles today I don’t check final mileage. 70 degrees and cloudy today with lots of motorcycles out and about today.

Ah, right, that would not be a very good thing......

Honestly I didn't even look at where the orange cords went to...never thought of disk locks..

I sure do like all those small bikes....I think they are pretty cool.....
