I rode down to the store to get gas...and it ended up taking me over 150 miles to get back home, lol.

I got out the other day but just for a short ride to shake everything down.Glad u finally got out….and saw the deer.
Awesome pictures...more like a photoshoot....
They look plenty good to me...they could have been on a magazine cover. Thanks, they would be Alot clearer if my phone wasn't in a case.
Somehow I think the picture quality adds to the aura of the pictures....My friend has a RamMount on the gsxr, he listens to music and talks to his friends when they ride.
I don't, but have started putting my phone in the RamMount when I ride(as it's in a waterproof case), that way I can grab it and put it back quickly for pictures, and without having to take my gloves off.
The trade-off is picture quality.
The humidity was high yesterday too, along with haze from controlled burns.
Another option would be to get a Bluetooth comm unit. It would allow you to make a call even if you separated from the phone (within range of course)Good idea for the phone to be so accessible...my only thought is if something were to happen (to me) and I came off the bike, I'd be separated from the phone...that's why I carry mine on my person.

It is very annoying to say the least when your doing mach chicken or your hitting a nice little turn at a nice speed and all of a sudden the wife calls. I'm usually listening to music anyway but of course when the phone rings thru the helmet it throws all the concentration off and then you have to slow down to actually hear what she's sayingThat's an option too...
I think if the wife knew I had that, it would me far too accessible for her to call when I'm out riding...

I am thinking of getting a "GoPro" and mount that way I can pull off "stills" from the video...or use it as a hand held camera....
Make sure you get the vibration dampener
Thinking of going quadlock with the dampener. The rokform got my camera all messed up. New phone in a new holder soon I guess.Yeah, I've been reading alot of posts on those lately.
I will probably get one for my next bike.
Def get the dampener I have a quad lock and love it but no dampener and my camera is all messed up to.Thinking of going quadlock with the dampener. The rokform got my camera all messed up. New phone in a new holder soon I guess.
Curb AppealWent for a ride with 3 mates today, we went to one of the guy’s girlfriend’s holiday home in a beautiful little bay on the peninsula.
Very isolated and not many people actually live there full time, but so idyllic there, check the pics….
The ride was amazing too… about 230km return from my house.

That property has been in her family since her Dad built the place about 60 years back… it was his ‘home’ in the final 30 years of his life, what a way to finish your life off! Better than an old folks home huh.Curb Appeal
What home isn't complete with a few bikes in the yard!
