Who Rode Today?

My wife goes out to Watch Football /Soccer on a Tuesday night
And says you staying in , yes I say

As soon as she is gone , I get the bike out for sneaky 30 mins 20 miles , there is no wind sound travels for miles
Blasting the lanes with no ear plugs for a change

Bike seems louder with more cc’s

Nice

Note chicken strips seem wider on. 55 series tyre :D

i needed some headspace from the 24 hour around the clock QEII funeral stuff

I got out for a little ride to go see one of my former colleagues....it sure wasn't real warm out, I think the thermometer read 55'F which sure tells you quick if you have any openings in your gear for the cold wind to get into....

I's warmed up somewhat...just enough for me to switch yellow mounts....from 2 wheels to 4 and cut the grass...

Up and out early it’s 55 outside and I can take her to 8000 rpm as per Suzuki I’m on 94 going on to 16 and let her go Nice and sweet .closed road for 2 Pluss miles. Can’t wait to open her up and get my last service on the house. So when
ever up my way in Delafield Wi look me up . Highway C. Off 16 or 94 .

The same yet different , awesome . . .

I will show him this picture ,
he will get a kick out of it . . .

Hi. I pay $660.00 for 1 bike a car, pick up truck and a Dodge van.
I’m in the criminal insurance capital of Ontario Canada. Coming in a little under $9,000 a year for 5 cars and 1 bike - and that’s with no collision on any of them and no claims or accidents. The 3 daughters are fairly new to driving but the wife and I have had no accidents / claims in over 35 years…

What year is your M8? If it’s newer than 2020 I wouldn’t bother with cam chest and oil pump. Sumping is solved after 19. Just did stage 2 on mine and totally different bike now. Builder told me don’t waste the money on that stuff. He builds and races HD and builds reliable 128, 131s on the daily.
I have a 2017 Fat Bob in my shop right now that belongs to a friend that has a stage 3 I believe 117 m8 that broke about a year and a half ago. Did a compression test and front cylinder was 50 psi dry and got to 100 wet. I'm not sure if when he had it upgraded if they did anything to correct the sumping issues since I believe it was done before 2019. I know for sure it doesn't have a broken rod but he said it was making a horrible noise when it went and was only running on 1 cylinder till he got off the freeway. I've got to call him tomorrow and have him go thru his paperwork because I think his extended warranty might still be in place and I don't want to tear it down too far and risk them trying to refuse warranty if it is still covered but we were hoping to find something a little more simple as the issue but no luck. At this point I'm sure it would need at least a top end rebuild and looking at cost might just order a crate motor since it's only like 7k and I'm sure it'll be over half that too fix everything it'll end up needing right now.

I hope the warranty stays true and does its part. Was at about 2k on mine when I went Stage2 so bye bye warranty lol

I'm hoping so for his sake. All his work was done by harley so I'm hoping that didn't kill the warranty but like I said I'm thinking I'll just be having him order a crate engine. He's wanted to put the bigger 131 in it since it came out so might be time
