Who Rode Today?

I got out today and was going to ride a 200 mile loop but ran into heavy cold fog so I cut it short. That’s a lake in the distance, such as it is. Until the snow melt in the spring (if) there’s enough snow this winter, all the lakes and rivers will be low.

I'm sorry, that was supposed to say
NOJgear not Nolan

I've had a couple over many years.
I wear a snowmobile balaclava as well.
My head, neck, or face never gets cold, I actually open the helmet vents sometimes using them.
I also have a pinlock shield, so no fogging problems.
I couldn't ride in the cold without it.

Thanks man! I have a knit pullover neck gaiter and a leather face and neck cover that goes as high as my nose with a breathing slit. That cold weather piece looks the best.

Yes sir
They definitely make a difference in the cold.
There is very noticeable reduction in wind noise too, very strange to hear so little.
I ride with earplugs, and that is with or without them too.

Rode the first 160km (100 mi) today with the fairings fitted after some shake down runs on previous days for a pleasant beachside ride!

For a reliable daily, the RCC Stage 1 is good enough for me on the streets! Installing this turbo is the most fun thing I've done to this bike!
It's running rich for the standard turbo map and good for cooling, but dyno tuning in a couple of weeks will sort that out within safe temps.
