Who Rode Today?

I certainly wasn't riding as my bike is in storage now but I talked to a guy who pulled in on a '24 Gold Wing trike wearing basically snowmobile gear...

We got to talking and when I noticed covers on all his speakers and he said he took all the speakers out and made locking storage compartments, he said he uses his bluetooth system to listen to music in his helmet and would never blast music from his speakers anyway...

I didn't have my phone or I would have taken some pictures of the covers he made...they were made out of carbon fiber and looked factory...

High's in the mid-40's forecast. May try to bundle up. Thinking about fueling with non-ethanol for the storage season. Worth the trouble?

Busy time of year. Seattle storm brought in claim volume and some heavy hits. Two of my brothers brought there families up for Thanksgiving. Great time.

Yes, non-ethanol whenever possible when something will sit for a while.

I always add fuel stabilizer as well....my bike won't be running again until Apr or so....

Where is this???

The hills are about a half hour west from my home SW of Yosemite. I’ve learned how not to lose my stomach going over the top. The key is to keep your eyes on the pavement not the sky or the horizon. Unsettling at first but really worth it. The river is the Merced river in Yosemite. Looks nice in the winter too. The squirrelly road on the side of a mountain is hiway 49 about an hour from me. That shot is facing south. This is what it looks like facing north. I’m surrounded by two lane roads. I have to ride about an hour to find a freeway. :firing:

We have a hilly road similar to that only surrounded by trees, a person can get air coming off the tops of them.....I've never tried it on the Bumblebee but have several times on my Bandit and GSXR......
