He ran up to 137 on his gps . RJ actually popped over 186 but this Garmin needs about ten to 12 seconds to capture max speed

Do you mean you have to maintain that speed for 10-12 seconds in order to record it?

Yes . My old car Garmin took only a second to catch it . I've spoken to garmin USA, and they have no answer to why . So I was @ 169 for the time needed.

Nice!! I got out for about 5 miles today...lol. Spent most the day wrapping up the sprinklers, and 2 trips to Home Depot.

In these temperatures, they want to be in the sun, if it's anything where they are and where I am, you can see your breath in the shade.

It's that time of year, so rode up to the lake palace (aka 1970's trailer) to turn the water on so we can start opening it for the season. Nice place, redone alot of the inside so for an old trailer it's not bad! Broke 16k on the odometer during the trip lol

I got about 40 miles in today. Mid 60's. I saw two other bikes. Went down the old street we lived on before we moved to where we are now.

I got in a wee ride today, maybe 15 miles, it might look warm but at speed (almost any speed) it is chilly...

Felt good and the new tires are round...I seem to have gotten used to the squared off old ones...these go around corners really quickly.

You know, the rear end needs a lil yellow. Wonder how it’d look with the tail piece yellow but keep the blinker pods and hump black.

I was going to put the factory style "GSX1340R" decals in yellow on it...but never found a set for sale after.

Barring that, I'll keep it all black as one day I might return the whole bike back to black.

Rode 200 miles on the busa today. No pictures, since I didn’t get off the bike at all. It’s scary to see how desolated the Clearwater area, along with the other beaches on the west coast, looked today. It was 58‘F when left the house and warmed up to 85’F and beautiful skies.

I’m out now near the 120 entrance to YNP. It’s closed but I wanted to see the tall trees up high. Bugs are a plenty. Taking too long to post a pic up here.

Only went a few miles to test the brakes. My hands still hurt when I ride even after the bar swap. Think I might have the carpal tunnel like my wife had. Guess I’ll see a dr after the 19 clears up some.

Visited my grandfathers resting place down here. My mom tells me he was a motorcycle enthusiast and bringing my bike down would definitely put a smile on his face up in heaven. +70 miles on the bike for today.
