Basically everyone from this board and others has agreed to meet up for the Suzuki Cyclefest Event held at Copper Mtn. There is going to be a tent at the event along with a catered meal on Sat (?) for members making the event. Plus, VIP parking (no more worry about where to park). Also, the possibility of a bike show with the potential for a story in one of the bike mag's...... You can get free two day tickets to the event by registering with Suzuki and additional heavy discounted all access passes are already in the works (zukracer). Thanks to Scott from mile high for setting Most of the event up! You have a couple of choices for over night accomodations through the event. If the hotel is your thing and want to stay at the event the contact info is located above in the group list post. If your into the great outdoors drop BusainSD a PM I'm sure you can get all the details there. This should be an awesome experience as we have around 50 or so locals to help us chose some of the near by roads for entertainment. Plus, several folks have arranged little side trips to white water raft, hit the casino's, girlie bars, etc.....

still working on the details for the tickets. I have asked the RPM folks to let me know what the difference between the Suzuki 20th anny tickets and theirs are as well as how we can get folks to individually buy tickets. Might be that we have to do a group buy with all the cash up front but I'll let folks know as soon as they let me know.

well I've been playing phone tag with the rep from RPM, the event organizer ... trying to see if there's a way to allow individuals to purchase at the discount instead of having to have everyone pay one person and for them to get the tickets, etc. Have a call into him, should know more later today

CrazyCowboy and I are planning on getting up there on Thursday in the afternoon. Most likely will go staight out to the campground and set up, then ride into Copper Mtn and finish with registering, pick up passes, and goodies.
As far as a place to meet, is the VIP parking available on Thurs/Fri/Sat and Sun or just on Sat? If not we could meet at the ski slopes or something like that. We should also set a time to meet. Wouldn't want Busa Riders standing around all day wanting to meet each other.
Suggestions: Thur @1800, Fri@0900, 1400, and 1800 (time in between to check out the event and ride if one so desires), Sat@0900 or whenever we are scheduled to get together for Meet and Greet at the VIP parking and possible BarBQ. Then Sunday@0900 or whatever so that those of us leaving that afternoon can get together one last time. Just suggestions to get the ides flowing.
