Alright, here we go..... 4 weeks to go....

CrazyCowboy and I are planning on getting up there on Thursday in the afternoon. Most likely will go staight out to the campground and set up, then ride into Copper Mtn and finish with registering, pick up passes, and goodies.

As far as a place to meet, is the VIP parking available on Thurs/Fri/Sat and Sun or just on Sat? If not we could meet at the ski slopes or something like that. We should also set a time to meet. Wouldn't want Busa Riders standing around all day wanting to meet each other.

Suggestions: Thur @1800, Fri@0900, 1400, and 1800 (time in between to check out the event and ride if one so desires), Sat@0900 or whenever we are scheduled to get together for Meet and Greet at the VIP parking and possible BarBQ. Then Sunday@0900 or whatever so that those of us leaving that afternoon can get together one last time. Just suggestions to get the ides flowing.

Ok, 4 wks to go....

All great suggestions... Anyone else?
I'll do some checking on the VIP thing and post back here...

I just called in to cancel my room and was talkin to the guy that works for the place, he told me that there well be thousands of people there and that thay cover most of copper mt`s parking lot with dirt and do moto x stuff all weekend!!! even the hotel is envolved with cycle fest!!! Now I really hate having to miss it all.

Wife and I were looking at one of those. Is that the 29ft version? I think that is what we were looking at along with a 26ft version, I think those were the lengths. Is that the one with the bunk that goes over the shop area? I like them, but first I sorta kinda have to buy a truck that can pull the darn thing.

I pull it with a 2004 F350 crew cab 4X4 diesel.

We have at least 20 more beside me and aurora from our group. I am working with the regional suzuki rep about their deal and the RPM rep. I hope we can get the space next to Suzuki. Also, here are the designs I came up with for the shirts. Let me know what you think. We have several sponsors who have agreed to pitch in on the cost but there still might be a small charge for the shirts.

I am finalizing the bike show with Super Streetbike...I am planning on trophies for 1st through 3rd and a write-up in the mag for the winner. I am waiting for confirmation that they are going to participate but I am sure they will.
