What? no girlfriend of the girlfriend staying at our camp anymore? and to think I was actually thinking of putting back seat on the bike....OK Im site 013!! just booked it this morning
Poker Run... alright... who's in on this?AND that they are having a poker run Friday morning ~10am. Lots of cool prizes for the poker run. They will be having a 5 stop and 7 stop run, its $15/hand and either run is still the best 5 cards. Since its early in the day on the first day of the event, chances are probably pretty good to sneak in there and get some cool stuff

yah mr.gsxr, the more we thought about it, the more it made sense for us to get our own site. I hope u guys come on over and join us for some staggering, but if u start worshipping the porciline (or maybe in this case we should call it barking at the ground cuz i dont think there will be any porcilin at the campground) haha thats a new phrase.
anyways still looking forward to meeting everyone, hope we can all spend time at each others sites for a few beers!!!

I just stumbled on this cyclefest and want to go!! Couldn't make Sturgis because of a commitment but this looks like a blast too. I just sent a pm to Timmyduck to try to hook up with him. I have a bike trailer that holds two bikes and thought we could trailer out 1k miles or so and meet a group to ride from there. I'd like to do the poker run Friday.
Is there a group meeting in Indiana, Michigan or illinois?

im coming from Ontario, and i think all those states are on the way, michigan for sure, let me know what your plans are, we are leaving thursday night around 6:30 and should be across the border by 8. will be crossing at sarnia/port huron, we can caravan to denver?? let me know

Need a little help guys.
So I just filled out the 20th anniversary personal information page that is pictured about 10 posts above. So this is going to get me into the event for free? So now, do I need to call Justiin WIlliams to get my Paddock passes if I want any, right?
Do I need any kind of pass for the poker run? I'm just assuming we just need to show up and pay for it at that time.
Do we have any parking lined up for sure?
Anybody have directions to this event?

Yes, the Suzuki thing is for sat/sun only, so you'll need to call Justin for Friday & paddock passes, as well as anything you need for anyone else going with you to the event.

no, not 100% but I know its being worked on by the locals with the RPM folks....last I heard it was coming together nicely.

just mapquest Copper Mountain Resort in CO, thats where the event is being held. There's a group of us heading across from Arkansas on Thursday. Not sure of the route, Moondog is leading us across, but maybe you can hook up with us along the way

I'll probably head Southwest out of Nebraska and pickup I-70 somewhere in the middle of Kansas. I havn't decided if I'm staying with a friend in Colorado Springs or if I'm going to try to find a hotel a little closer to the event.

Justin if ya have no luck finding a place i rented one of the condos and your sure welcome there i'm not sure of all the accomidations but they said it would be good for 2 people pretty easy

I'm guessing I will be in on Friday morning. I have to work Thursday & I will probably take off after I get done & ride into Wyoming down towards Laramie. I plan on riding the back roads from Laramie to Copper Mnt. & don't want to do it at night. But then again, plans can always change!
Anybody from the Northwest (Washington State or vicinity) heading out to Colorado? I'll be heading south from British Columbia, then east through Washington, Idaho etc and down to Colrado. Maybe we could hook up somewhere along the way. Leaving Tuesday August 16. Can hardly wait Yahoo!!!

What? I thougth you've been excited for the last 6?Sitting at work.... 1 day til August.... 18 days til Copper Mtn weekend Meet and Greet... 31 days til sabbatical.... OK!!! I am officially getting excited about this coming month.
