IT'S OFFICIAL, WE ARE ALL SET TO HAVE OUR SEPERATE SPACE AT THE SUZUKI PADDOCK. BE SURE YOU REGISTER AT THE SUZUKI 20TH ANNIVERSARY WEBSITE SO YOU CAN GET IN. ONCE YOU GET TO CYCLE FEST, FIND THE SUZUKI SEMI AND GO TO THE BUSA GATHERING AREA IN THE SUZUKI 20TH RESERVED PARKING. I DON'T KNOW WHERE I WILL HAVE THE TABLE TO CHECK IN BUT I WILL TRY TO GET IT NEXT TO THEIR CHECK IN.

ALSO, I NEED TO HAVE A LIST OF EVERYONE WHO WILL BE ATTENDING FOR SURE. I HAVE BUSA SHIRTS FOR HAYABUSA.ORG AND MHBO MEMBERS BUT I NEED A LIST OF NAMES SO I DON'T GIVE THEM AWAY TO NON-BUSA RIDERS.

EMAIL ME AT SCOTTN@DECKLIDDESIGNS IF YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH SUZUKI AND WILL BE THERE ON THE 20TH. ALSO INCLUDE YOUR SHIRT SIZE. ONE SHIRT PER MEMBER PLEASE AS WE HAVE LIMITED QUANTITIES

Can someone post the link for registering ?

Be on the lQQK out for bike bandits as I'm sure they have been casing this thread and will be waiting for our arrival (Busa's). If your bike isnt in sight, then it can be stolen. These hustler have all the tools they need to jack your shid in no time, believe me.

When your bike is out of site try locking it to a permanet structure or your buddies bike along with arming your alarm if you have one installed your bike.
This wont stop them if the want it but will slow them down or possibly send them on to the next unsecured bike.

Keep and eye out and be supicious of every van you see in the area too.

Just my .02

TY

Well hopefulyl we won't have to worry about that to bad But i am staying in the Condo's next to cycle fest and they give me free access to park in the underground secured parking so people are welcome to pile busas in a parking space or 2 and we can lockem up

make sure you have pop-ups and cookies enabled. Also, Netscape didn't like that webpage...I was successful using IE.

No doubt, Midnight, but I'll make my final decision on where I will be parking my baby after I have a chance to check out the underground parking first hand.

Also thanks for posting the Link 5280 !

some things to do before the event!
Has everyone left contact info for this event?
Did you send Scott (5280) your shirt info?
Need to put together a daily meeting place for folks arriving to the event. Don't want to miss anyone, just in case the cell phones don't get good reception....
Do you have your passes (Both Suzuki and Discounted Paddock?)
Have you made your list of things to pack?
See everyone at the event.....

Nope, none of the above. I dont like giving out info over the net. So I guess I'll be the one lQQking lost and out of place without a Group meet shirt.

5280 i pmed ya tried the email but no worky for some reason oh well

Rythm yeah i hear ya i take alittle to much for granted considering where i live heck last time i took my bike out on a long trip i have nothing for saftely or lock up but when i ate i could always keep an eye on it and when it was parked at night it was either in my motel room or next to it parked in a fashion that made it difficult to move like putting it under a set of stairs, or a couple places where kind enough to let me keep it in there lobby or right by the front door, And if not there when i stayed with family i had a garage

but for this trip i got the Scorpio alarm and a Kryptonite Cable to lock it up might grab another thing or 2 also

I've started layin things out for the trip. Revamping some of my post meet trip as well. Look for some posts in teh coming days about routes, who's sent their info, etc.

Also if you have not called Justin, get on it. We need to make sure that we all call him and get tickets, etc. If you havent done the suzuki ticket thing, well get on that too!

I tried to email you, but for some reason, the email couldn't be delivered.  Is the email right, or does it need a .com at the end or something?  Should I just send you a PM?

EDIT: I think I may have figured it out. I just went to your profile and sent you a email that way. Hope that works.

I was thinking the best meeting place would probly be the suzuki tent and parking are set up several times during the days for everyone to meet up there?

Just a suggestion i guess mabey there is a better place

So what are some suggestions for things to do rather then just rides? i know i wouldn't mind checking out some of the new bikes for demos along with catching one of the Moto bike races. man i'm glad i'm not thinking up the schedule i'd be lost

zukracer did u get my info that i sent u for the suzuki ticket thing? I must have missed something here about t-shirts, who do i contact about that??

woo hoo leaving in less than 2 weeks!!

Ok, if you've got your Cyclefest (Free Zuk tickets) somethings to remember...
As I understand it, you'll need to purchase a ticket for Fridays event! If you don't have a GSXR and no free tickets you'll need to purchase Friday-Sunday. Plus, be sure and give Justin a call, Brian (Zukracer) set up a heck of a discount for this event through him. 20% off...... Also, you might want to think about buying Paddock Passes! Just ring Justin with questions about the What do I need for this event. I'm sure he can answer your questions and hook you up in one call. I understand a paypal account has been set-up for just this.
Make sure and PM 5280 or E-mail him if your interested in a shirt! There going fast! Plan on setting up a meeting place and time for all three days. Looking at doing a cookout on Saturday! Camping Folks can you lend a hand on who's site we should look at meeting up at for this event? Will be sending out a contact list to everyone who submitted their info. This will make it very easy to contact folks as you arrive or after you arrive and just want to hook up! ANYONE can look the bug up. I'll be staying at the Resort just go to the front desk and get my room contact info..... Looking forward to meeting everyone!

everyone is welcome to party at our site, we only have a few tents, so there is lots of room to congregate. however, from the looks of it, our sites look like they are all relatively close together so maybe we can just have a block party haha, anyways count the canucks as hosts!! BYOB BYOF

Hey Chev, got your mail, definately interested in the monday events, let me know cost/details. been swamped with work, seems someone decided it was a good idea to trigger a massive email storm, I've been cleaning it up
