Hey everyone, just wanted to copy here my latest update from PNW.
Well, saw our buddy again. Mike and I were down there for a bit today. His condition is exactly the same (still a good thing), still sedated. His board is getting stuff on it so when he can, he'll have plenty to read. Regarding the emails, I talked to the nurse about them and saw what they look like. He's going to have a 5 inch stack of them by the end of the weekend! If any of you have postcards, letters, cards, pictures or anything else you want him to get, you can mail them to me and I will deliver them.

Just make sure it is clear they are for him, I'll be there every day I think. He can't receive flowers or candy right now, please don't send them. When he gets out of ICU he can receive anything. I'm getting in contact with his family, his grandmother will be down to see him but she has things at home she really needs to take care of. I made sure to let her know that he has plenty of visits from friends so she doesn't feel pressured to leave her tough situation! I'll also let her know that help is out there with frequent flyer miles and all that if she needs help getting down here.
On a side note, I've talked to Beans about creating something regarding emergency contacts on this site for all it's members and we're putting something together next month. But I wanted to remind everyone to make sure you have an emergency contact and health insurance information on you at all times, especially when riding. Please also put a phonebook entry in your cell that says ICE followed by that same emergency contact number.
Well, that's it for today I think. I'll be down there again tomorrow evening to see if anything's new. ZX will be down there tonight most likely also, if anything comes up you all will be the first to know!
